So Usher was reading a poem to some chic fan when the break was coming and he prompted the camera and control room to WAIT! He simply wanted to shout out Scratch. We know Scratch was definitely NOT behind this. Usher spontaneously was enjoying Scratch and Toronto's pluses and wanted to let us know there is one bad afterparty tonite.
