Our partner online MTV will host an inaugural ball for President-Elect Barack Obama at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington on January 20.
The “Be The Change Inaugural Ball” will feature a guest list of recording artists, celebs and government officials, but hundreds of young adults will have an opportunity to be selected to attend the star-studded gala based on their demonstrated record of volunteerism.
This BTW is the one I will be attending. Some of you may remember I was at President Bush's first inaugural ball in Jan 2001. We were invited by KJ's dad's college classmate and pal Condi Rice who went on to become National Security Advisor/Secretary of State. I boogied with Gen Colin Powell too. He's a great dancer.
