BREAKING NEWS: RAPPER SHYNE IS STILL DETAINED BY AUTHORITIES!!!

A Late Tuesday report from MTV News says that the Combs protégé remains in custody at an "unspecified facility in Western New York State," while U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement decides his fate.

The Web site of the New York State Department of Corrections seemed to indicate that Shyne was released from Woodbourne Correctional Facility on Oct. 6, 2009 and was on parole but his release was subject to immigration review. Convicted felons not US citizens are usually deported. His father is Prime Minister of Belize. He is now in a diplomatic mess.
