Nick Jonas is to reward fellow diabetes sufferers for the good work they do in their community - by meeting them in person to hand over a charity cash prize. The Jonas Brothers star, who suffers from the illness, is teaming up with Bayer Diabetes to launch the Give Back Simply Win competition.The singer is calling for fans who have diabetes to submit an application detailing how they are benefiting their local community. Jonas will then help to hand-pick three grand prize winners, who will meet the star and choose a charity of their choice to receive a $5,000 donation.
