KELLY is recovering in a Chicago, Illinois hospital after undergoing emergency throat surgery.The I Believe I Can Fly singer had an abscess in a tonsil drained on Tuesday (19Jul11), according to the Associated Press. His publicist Allan Mayer reveals Kelly will be "laid up indefinitely" at Chicago's Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
