Canada News: Want a liquor licence? Ban rap and hip hop first, Quebec bar told - thestar.com:

Diane Marois, co-owner of Le Pionnier, sits at her bar Thursday in Montreal. Quebec’s liquor-control board said Le Pionnier had to ban rap and hip hop if it wanted to acquire a licence to serve booze.

I guess we all now know why the Young Jeezy concert in Montreal was canned. It didn't help when the shooting started in Calgary, Toronto and London, Ontario.

    Well that's a pretty strong statement. Whoever released it probably isn't a fan to begin with and therefore made that hasty generalization.
