#HNNVet: Should dogs deemed vicious be ILLEGAL??

Angela Rutledge said never again will she allow a dog deemed to be vicious in her home. On April 24, 2013, her son Beau Rutledge, 2, was mauled to death by the family pit bull. Now she wants dog breeds deemed "vicious" to be banned from the state.
