#HNNVet Puppy STEALING continues across North America!!

UPDATE: A new surveillance photo was released Saturday of a man suspected of stealing an English Bulldog puppy at a doggie daycare in San Marcos earlier this week. The facility has also turned over their surveillance video to the sheriff's department. Last week, one pup was taken at GUNPOINT in Toronto, Canada!
