Carlos "Halfy" Rodriguez, 31, was arrested again on Monday and charged with first-degree arson and two counts of attempted felony murder, according to jail records in Miami. The half headed man whose mugshot went viral online 6 years ago lost part of his skull which got flattened in an auto accident where he wasn't wearing a seat belt and was on mind altering substances. He cautions kids away from driving while drunk and on drugs yet he still admits smoking a blunt a day. Hope he cautions them away from crime soon too. SMH--KOO
