Yo-Yo (born Yolanda Whittaker on August 4, 1971) is a Grammy nominated American hardcore rapper and actor. Much of her music has advocated female empowerment, denouncing the frequent sexism found in rap music. Yo-Yo dubbed her rap crew the IBWC, which stood for the Intelligent Black Woman's Coalition. I remember her beefing days with female rapper QL now known as "Queen latifah." You have to be in your 30's -40's to remember this. Most recently she has become the host of an MTV reality show called Miss Rap Supreme. She now resides in Los Angeles, California with her two children. On April 14, 2008, VH1's "ego trip's Miss Rap Supreme" show premiered, of which Yo-Yo is a host/judge. I follow the show online.

Remember Rapper Yo-Yo? She's smoking HOT as that Host/Judge on VH1's "Miss Rap Supreme." (Which we don't get in Canada!) Shame on the Cdn Bureaucracy!
