Pop star FERGIE refused to record the theme to the new SEX & THE CITY film until she'd seen a sneak peek of the movie. The Black Eyed Peas singer was the first choice to record the big song, but she insisted she was too busy - until writer/director Michael Patrick King agreed to let Fergie see the film before anyone else. He reveals, "When we first approached Fergie, her music company said she's really, really busy and then she said very bargainy, 'Let me see the movie!' "So we had a private bootleg screening for Fergie... and then recorded it almost immediately."
