Hip-hop pioneer GRANDMASTER FLASH is set to become the latest star to release a memoir. The legendary DJ - real name Joseph Saddler - has teamed up with author David Ritz to write The Adventures of Grandmaster Flash: My Life, My Beats, which will chronicle his rise to fame with hip-hop group the Furious Five as well as his battle with cocaine addiction. The book is scheduled to hit shelves in the U.S. on 10 June (08) under Broadway Books imprint Harlem Moon Books, according to AllHiphop.com. Author Ritz will also help pen rocker Scott Weiland's upcoming biography.
