Rolling Stone senior editor Austin Scaggs is said to be launching a
"Perez Hilton-esque" music blog for the magazine next month. The initiative is seen an outgrowth of Scaggs' own "Smoking Section" music news blog. The new blog will reportedly be staffed by unpaid interns.
