Zack Taylor who is friends to HipHossip and runs ZackTaylor.ca worked with Ryan for an October 10th event, but we have also found out he threw an event on September 5th (see attached flyer above). He has thrown lots of events without us in the name of charity and kept the money Taylor said.

Statement from Suzan Kennedy (Ryan's Mom):

"If I could convince Ryan to fess up would you post his statement? I am seriously heartbroken over this matter but need him to to own up to his mistakes. And you are NOT harassing me at all! If anything I have been contacting you for updates as Ryan doesn't speak to me. You can use that in your release. Thanks again and sorry about this."

After speaking to Taylor, he tells me that "Ryan still owes ZackTaylor.ca $500 for promoting the event for him. We want to let everyone know that we have asked Ryan to donate any money he owes us to The MS Society, as this was a charity event. We are in no way doing this for any personal gain, we just want to see the money people paid at the event go to what the event was all about."

Also, as of Saturday November 27th, Jamie Hall, director for The MS Society, has informed all media that Ryan has not been in touch with the charity since everything came to light. They are still trying to track him down with the police and Revenue Canada, despite claims by Ryan that he "is working with them". I spoke to the floor manager at Pravda after I found out everything and they told me: "We didn't know Ryan was doing his events in association with any charities. He still owes us a lot of money, and will not be doing any further events with us. We don't even know where he is."

So Ryan is missing in action. His image is tarnished big time. I feel he should come out and apologize to the victims, donors and anyone involved with the MS Society. There has been a lot of scams lately in the Toronto and GTA areas relating to medical causes organizations. Ashley Kirilow is an Ontario woman who faked cancer and swindled thousands of dollars out of charitable friends and colleagues “enjoyed the attention” she received when people thought she was dying, she even shaved her hair and eyebrows and more.

A 39-year-old Toronto man is charged with fraud after allegedly pretending to have terminal brain cancer.Police allege he first made the claim in October 2009 and that his friends then organized a fundraiser and collected $3,000. Police say the suspect subsequently spent the money, then confessed to family and friends this month that he did not have brain cancer. On Thursday, police charged Christopher Gordon with one count of fraud under $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court last week. Also on Nov. 9, Jessica Ann Leeder of Timmins, Ont., pleaded guilty to defrauding her workplace of thousands of dollars and will be sentenced on Dec. 21. She too faked cancer.

Ryan has not faked any disease but he claims he is raising money for the cause and has not donated a cent of the portion of the proceeds to the MS organization. Zack is probably the best known youngest entertainer in Canada that provides us with good celeb news, club gigs and that Winter Bash (bring that back btw). Everything he does in the entertainment industry is SPOTLESS and don't let this jerk taint your reputation. This is gonna solve itself very soon. Ryan, if u are reading this, you need to know that some of us have loved ones with certain special needs, conditions or diseases which involves foundations, organizations like cancer, diabetes, MS, Autism and such.

We do NOT appreciate scammers like you, we do not accept your fund raising scams and not donating proceeds to these organizations that educate us and refer us to services and such. Zack Taylor is a human being that simply CARES! You do not CARE Ryan! You cannot take that from Zack. You destroy everyone's reputation or put it on the line when this happens. I encourage you Ryan to hand over the money and fess up. Law enforcement does not play with fraud.

ZACK: Hang in there. We are all behind you. This fool will be caught. It's just a matter of time and time flies.

TAYLOR SWIFT PLANS MASSIVE TOUR AROUND THE GLOBE.

TAYLOR SWIFT won't be home much in 2011 - the country star has announced an 87-concert tour, which will take her around the globe between February and October.
The Love Story singer will visit 19 countries on the Speak Now World Tour 2011, which begins in Singapore on 9 February (11). The tour includes six stadium shows in Boston, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Kansas City and Dallas.

JUDGE NOW SAYS SAM LUFTI CAN SUE BRITNEY'S MOM.

BRITNEY SPEARS' mother has lost her bid to have a defamation lawsuit filed against her by the pop star's former manager SAM LUTFI thrown out of court. Lutfi filed suit against the Toxic hitmaker and her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears in February 2009, objecting to controversial comments made in Lynn's 2009 memoir Through The Storm. He alleged claims Lynne made in her book, in which she branded him a "fake" and a "predator", subjected him to public ridicule and he sued for defamation, libel, battery, breach of contract, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lynne fought to have the case dismissed citing the U.S. Constitution's freedom of speech, arguing that Lutfi's reputation could not be tarnished any further after he was accused of aiding the singer's downfall, which led to her public breakdown in 2008. Her argument was rejected by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge in August 2009, and her lawyers appealed the decision in May (10). But Lynne has lost her appeal - on Tuesday (23Nov10), officials at the Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles ruled Lutfi can proceed with his litigation.

FANTASIA ADMITS ABORTION OF MARRIED LOVERS BABY PLUS EX-WIFE IS SUING HER TOO?

Troubled singer FANTASIA BARRINO has stunned fans by confessing she aborted her married lover's baby before attempting suicide in August (10). The former American Idol winner survived a drug overdose and shocked fans by revealing the scare wasn't an accident - she meant to take her own life. And now, the R&B star has revealed she aborted boyfriend Antwaun Cook's baby in the weeks leading up to her suicide. Barrino was in court in North Carolina on Monday (22Nov10) facing charges from Cook's wife Paula that she was responsible for the breakdown of her marriage.

The singer testified that not only did she know Cook was married when she started dating him, but that she aborted their child. Barrino had previously denied knowledge of Cook's marital status. Paula Cook is suing both her estranged husband and his lover, alleging the pair engaged in a year-long affair, which ended her marriage. Cook is reportedly considering suing Barrino by the Alienation of Affection law, which is only recognised in North Carolina and six other states. The law allows for an abandoned spouse to sue the party responsible for the failed marriage.

I'm just glad she's alive and doing well. These men and their lies about their marriages. Ladies just beware!

Crime Victim Advocate and Music Editor “Ms Kemi” Olunloyo is bringing Joan Newman, the mother of homicide victim Andrew Dowden and local Toronto hip-hop artists together in saying “No More” to GUNS in their MUSIC and VIDEOS! In the wake of the gun murders of the 4^th rapper to date Donald “Don Kartel” Grant in the GTA, award winning rapper Michael "Meyend Tricks" George back in July 2007, 17-year-old aspiring rapper Chris “Splitz” Tshilombo of Ajax murdered at a pre-Caribana private party in a church hall in July 2010, all three with no arrests andaspiring rapper Andrew “Philly” Dowden who was riddled with bullets then dumped in the Humber river both in July 2010. Joan Newman is the mother of Andrew Dowden.

Not only the hip-hop community is losing so many of its members, most of these local Toronto artists are household names in the clubs, local concerts opening for the touring US artists as well as known by the average Toronto elementary, middle and high schoolers.The fact remains that the image of guns, gangs and violence is having a big impact in these children and it is time to leave these images behind! In today’s music there is no shortage of half naked women, alcohol, violence, guns and “gangsta” behaviours but the proverbial finger is pointed at HIP-HOP!

The rappers will also be addressing the recent rash of shootings in Toronto and the fact that Toronto youth absolutely do NOT need to be armed. Toronto Police have seized approximately 59 guns in 30 days, many from young offenders whose names cannot be released by law.

Overall crime in North America ’s 4^th largest city has gone down BUT the victims are getting younger! Many of these recent shootings are allegedly being committed by young offenders some literarily being arrested within days of the crime. There are still many cases unsolved in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Of the 29 homicide victims killed by a gun to date in the GTA, only 5 of the victims have gotten arrests of 12 suspects in total and all 12 are black males as well as 28 of the 29 homicide victims being black.

As a Crime Victim and anti-gun Advocate in the community, Olunloyo told the Toronto Sun in October 2010 that the Black community is in a state of crisis. “Our children are dying like flies she said. Something must be done. If we as a community don’t care, how can we expect the police, the media, or anyone else to care?” Her blog HipHossip.com partnered local Rappers in May 2010 with Toronto Police’s TAVIS initiative to record public service announcements where the young members of the community can actually hear the messages on urban radio stations Flow 93.5FM and Z103.5FM from their favourite rappers. She however asks the community to start making anonymous Crime Stoppers calls, buck the trend and the code of the streets to start helping police in their investigations.

Crime Stoppers is anonymous and protected by the Supreme Court of Canada. Rappers of all ages and gender will be present at this news conference. Joan Newman will break her silence for the first time and will speak about the impact of the murder of her son Andrew Dowden who was scouted for BET’s “The Deal” a show featuring aspiring hip-hop artists. Newman will also talk about the need to modify the Federal Youth Offender Act. As previously said three youth offenders were arrested in the murder of her son Andrew who was riddled with bullets and dumped in the Humber river in July 2010. The news conference will take place 11.30am prompt at the corner of Dundas and Howland behind the bus stop where another homicide victim 18-year-old Jarvis St Remy was gunned down May 1^st2009.
