There's a controversy brewing over a monument request given to the state of Oklahoma. Some folks want a statue of Satan to be built at the state capitol near a Ten Commandments monument. Should it be allowed? Should any religious monuments exist on state capitol grounds, even if they are built with private funds? 

The seven-foot tall statue features Satan sitting down– big horns coming out of his goat-like head and a long beard. A group of New York satanists have formally submitted plans for it at Oklahoma’s state capitol, hoping people will sit in the devil’s lap for inspiration and contemplation.
