Cynthia Jane Williams was born Aug. 22, 1947, in Los Angeles. She first appeared as Shirley Feeney on "Happy Days" and was later cast in a spinoff with Penny Marshall, who played Laverne De Fazio. I watched that show as a teenager in the 80's in America. She looks very good for her age.
