The company issued the recall Tuesday after more than 70 incidents of skin irritation were discovered. McDonald's stopped issuing the "STEP-iT" trackers in Happy Meals last week. Anyone with the bands should take them away from children and return to any McDonald's location. Customers will get a free replacement toy and either a yogurt tube or bag of apple slices.
