The Britney video did not win. It was a finalist though but voters chose another as winner. I don't see what's funny about the laughing baby. I preferred the evil eyed baby instead and Chocolate Rain baritone young man won! They get a trophy, bragging rights and a YouTube event later this year. For a full list of winners, click here.
