My boys rockers SIMPLE PLAN who are Canada's favorite brand of artists as said by you at the MMVA's are coming out with Chuck's new song! SIMPLE PLAN star CHUCK CORNEAU has taken the ultimate revenge on his ex-girlfriend - he has written a song about her infidelity. The rocker admits the band's latest track Your Love is a Lie is based on his relationship with a cheating partner - who he is refusing to name. He tells Gigwise.com, "It's a song about falling in love with someone and being surprised and very disappointed that they'd do something like that to you when you give them your heart. "I think a lot of people feel very betrayed. We wrote a song and it feels good to write about it, because at the time that's all I could think about. "During the moment we were writing the song, it was happening. I'm okay now. Writing the song helps."The Chuckster is the one in white and glasses was so nice to KJ at the MMVA rehearsals that I'm on his side on this song. LOL!
