Rapper SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS is devising a plan to meet British monarch QUEEN ELIZABETH II - because he is convinced she is the last celebrity who could render him starstruck. The hip-hop mogul has befriended many of the world's most famous stars, and counts David Beckham, Mariah Carey and Sienna Miller among his closest pals. But there is one last icon that Combs, 38, has yet to meet. He says, "I'm totally jaded (about meeting stars). Although actually that's not true, there is one person I really want to meet: the Queen of England. "I don't know why I've never met her. She's never invited me to the palace not yet, anyway."Didn't Diddy meet the royals when he and Kanye played that Princess Diana concert tribute in 2007? Maybe it was just Diana's kids he met.
