OK, Kemi what's this? The most wanted man in T.Dot as of right now is Brad Pitt! That's because if you can find Brad Pitt and convince him to come hang out with Melanie and JJ at the Flow 93.5 studios while he's still in town for the TIFF, you get a two thousand dollar reward and he gets five thousand dollars to go to his favorite charity. Now.......all you celebrity hunters get to work. I think that Keyvon guy can do it. He self promotes himself and scores celebrities to come on his online TV show. Same with Perez Hilton whose show debuts tonight on VH1 which we don't get in Canada I heard. Hey, self promo is the BEST promo. No word yet if there is a throw in bonus for Angelina Jolie. Flow FM Morning Radio Hosts now on Facebook.
JJ and Melanie, the hottest morning show personalities in Toronto at Flow 93.5FM wanted the listeners to know that there is no hokey pokey going on in the studios. They said that the love they have for each other was that of a brother and sister.......not even the coworker love. "BROTHER and SISTER!" Awww! Isn't that so sweet, I met Melanie last week and let me tell you she's a HOTTIE! I always thought she was black at least from this picture. She looks like a mix of Fergie and Halle Berry but with a better body. Fit, trim and has it going on in the looks department. Their exclusive interview on Keminications is coming in October so stand by. It's titled "5 questions for JJ and Melanie." Meanwhile their Facebook page is up at "Flow 93.5 JJ and Melanie show."

$3000: If you can bring Bill Clinton to Flow's Morning show or in the building PERIOD!
Melanie and JJ will hand over $3000 (three-thousand) dollars to your favourite charity if you can bring former President Bill Clinton to the Flow 93.5Fm studios while he's in town for a speaking engagement. Your charity gets money, you do a whole lotta good and Flow keeps flowing in the money they keep giving out. Seems like they give the most $$$$$$$$ out on a radio station in this city. Hurry, get Bill Clinton in even if he has to show up like this rushing for the early AM show. Hey, Michael Jackson was running late to his child molestation trial, he showed up in his jammies! LOL

Who is this GORGEOUS Toronto Radio Personality???
Okay, it's my new pal Melanie Martin of the top rated JJ and Melanie morning show on Flow 93.5FM, the only hip-hop radio station in T-dot. She's a mother of a 15 year old,(dont ever call her a single mom!) lives with her great longtime boyfriend of 10 years, confident and absolutely professional. Contrary to popular belief and your barage of protests yesterday on why I didn't blog the site yesterday? So you didn't get your daily FIX heh? An e-mailer said I went on a morning shopping spree with Melanie doing the "girl thing." One e-mailer even said they spotted me at Holt Renfrew on Bloor-Yonge browsing thru $1,500 handbags and saw me trying on a $3,980 sweater at the Dolce and Gabanna corner. You were right there.....but you must have seen yours truly with a man, my Videojournalist and 21 year old son Eni.
To the snitch, Melanie and I spent the morning together okay, but you're gonna have to wait till December 1st as she is the next featured personality in my Broadcaster Profile Series. Melanie and I have wanted to do this for a long time since September but due to some schedule hitches, we cancelled. Well yesterday I dropped by the fully MODERN Flow 93.5FM studios and we chatted away! The interview was w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l is all I can say. Mark your calenders. JJ was not present as he had a prior commitment at a school. We'll do his later....

JJ flying solo this week on Flow 93.5FM.
Flow 93.5FM hottie Melanie Martin is on vacation this week so it's gonna be JJ going solo next week. Wish I could have co-hosted. I used to do fill-ins for fun with V103's Jean Ross morning show back in the States. Jean's at the sister station WAOK now. Well, you know JJ King is already so GOOD in what he does. Listen in same time 5:30am-10am Monday thru Friday next week. Have a good vacation Melanie and stay tuned for Monday the 3rd of December when I shall launch "All about Melanie Martin, the hottest woman on Toronto radio." She is our December Broadcaster Profile.

She's been on vacation and I am getting ready to launch her in-depth interview with me tommorow TUESDAY December 4th 2007. Melanie Martin's morning show along with co-host with JJ King won the Bronze Medal Award for the Best Morning Show in the GTA at the Toronto Sun's Readers Choice Awards. It's all good!

Did you hear JJ King of Flow 93.5FM this morning ranting about "someone has the whole ringorama thing posted on YouTube? Could that be me at Keminications JJ sweetie? You know I'm always listening to everything you're doing on that show to frustrate our pal Melanie. Imagine JJ not putting the ring in a SAFE PLACE, Cosmos his cat choked on the ring! Ewwwwwwwww JJ! JJ got home one day and discovered this! Wonder who that is behind the barrel of the GUN trying to get Cosmos to cough up the ring! Poor Cosmos..........I'm calling the Cat Protection Services on JJ! By now you know that the ring is going to be auctioned on E-Bay with proceeds going to the Humane Society. I'm expecting JJ's hate mail right about now. LOL! Torontonians: Wanna go to Orlando in Canada's 11th Province--Flo-Rida?
Yes, Florida is Canada's 11th province if you Americans don't know that yet. We are working on taking over that state. With the cold and snow up here, going to Florida is like going to the islands for you Americans. The only hip-hop station in Canada Flow 93.5FM has a big announcement this morning and that was from the JJ and Melanie Morning Show. That guy with the two letter name and our gorgeus pal Melanie are taking listeners to ORLANDO on TRIPS! It's gonna be one or the other. Then later other Flow personalities will follow. Let's face it, since MTV Base Africa called me "The First Lady of Canada's hip-hop news" yesterday and Scott Boogie of Flow 93.5FM is the "Next Prime Minister", doesn't that make us a COUPLE??? Scott better plan on taking me on one of those Orlando trips! LOL!Let's start something now. I feel evil today. It's Friday and my devil horns are attached and I'm holding my red hot fork! Did you know that Keminications Media interviewed Melanie Martin of Flow 93.5FM back in November 2007?
I aired this interview with Melanie on Dec 5th 2007 on my media blog and most of you are requesting it since you didn't see it and it belongs here too......The videos are coming! What's it like working at Flow I asked her? This gorgeous radio personality grew up in Sudbury and graduated from Humber College. She says it's a wonderful family oriented atmosphere to work in and chuckles about her love-hate relationship with JJ and compares it with working with a brother. She describes her transition to a morning personality as a quick journey for her personally and did not believe in the people that said that she was not going to work in a big market such as Toronto. When you have the passion, do it! When you want to be on the air, get on the air she said as she was advised. It's never too soon. She showed persistence and it paid off!
Within 6 months she was at Flow after she graduated. As I said earlier, she attended and graduated from Humber College. I asked her about the personal lives of artists they play on the air and how important that was to her and the listener. I detailed some examples from some artists I personally knew in my Atlanta Entertainment Reporter days. She says that this is important as long as it does not get too much like the Britney Spears thing. We talked about Kanye West's mom, Whitney and Bobby and also T.I.She did not like much of gangsta rap which she called "hard core" rap. The "ho" word and "killing people" phenomena is not for her. She also wants to set an example for her 15-year-old daughter. She told me she really admired singer Beyonce and her talents and I asked her what her dreams were. Melanie said she wanted to be on Broadway but she couldn't sing. We joked about dirty dancing which is something she would love to give a try.
I asked her about her daughter who she said that she had very young so nobody believes she has a teen daughter. She and her boyfriend have been living together for 11 years probably since the little girl was 4 years old and she does not consider herself being a single mom. Melanie told me she and her loyal boyfriend just bought a house together and one day they may get married. She does give more power to all single moms out there including me. That was nice of her to say. She's done a lot of TV at much Music, E-Talk, MTV and lots of Canadian Idol commercials and will advance her career as things come along. What a simple life!
