Justin Bieber: Duh. Like it or not, the Canuck teen-pop superstar and his floppy hair -- recently shorn, OMG!!! -- are the hottest things in music right now. Plus he's performing on Wednesday's show. So the Grammys will undoubtedly be all like, baby, baby, baby, oh, over the Bieb.
