Pregnant pop star Melanie Brown above with husband Stephen Belafonte celebrated the impending arrival of her third child with a baby shower on Sunday.The former Spice Girl was the centre of attention at a star-studded bash in Los Angeles as friends including Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and Denise Richards lavished her with gifts.After the party, Brown took to her Twitter.com page to thank her guests for attending, while Kim Kardashian tweeted about the mum-to-be, writing: "She looks radiant!!! I'm so happy for them! What a fun day!"Brown, who has two daughters from previous relationships, is due to give birth to her first baby with husband Stephen Belafonte next month.
