The celebrity addiction medicine specialist revealed on his talk show Thursdaythat he used cocaine and marijuana in his younger years, shaking his once pristine image.
That was a long kept secret he said he hoped to keep safe under lock and key out of fear of influencing his now college-aged kids.
"I did drugs and alcohol when I was 22, 23 years old. And I think I went around denying it when my kids were younger," he confessed.
