RIHANNA TO START CLOTHING LINE.

So she went broke says the former business manager, then we got notice that she became a welfare mom and now she ain't staying at home no more. Drop that baby!

RIHANNA
is set to follow in the footsteps of fellow pop star GWEN STEFANI and launch her own clothing range. The Disturbia singer, who is a frequent front-row guest at runway shows, has confirmed she is working on her own designs. The sexy star has already dabbled in the accessories industry - she put her name to a range of umbrellas earlier this year (08) to coincide with her international hit of the same name.

She tells fashion publication WWD, "I can't say when it will be released, but it's definitely going to happen. I'm not one to rush into anything. I want to take my time." Earlier this year (08), Rihanna hinted she was pondering a fashion line, saying, "There might be a clothing line on the horizon, maybe underwear." The star has also previously teamed up with retail chain H&M to design a range of casualwear as part of the Fashion Against Aids campaign.

Like all that photo shopping? Ri-Ri is my girl! The 20 year old daughter I never had!

LUPE FIASCO FADES TO BLACK WITH NEW CLOTHING LINE.

Colourful rapper LUPE FIASCO is set to go all-black to launch a new fashion line. All items in the rapper's upcoming Fall of Rome catalogue will be black - and that's all the hitmaker will wear once the line hits the market later this year (08). He says, "When your game is to sell clothes and for people to believe in you your brand and to push your brand, you keep your game fare on." And Fiasco, real name Wasalu Jaco, tells Complex magazine his new fashion line even has an historical origin: "The logo for it is this broken statue that was pushed down when Rome was invaded; it represents the decay of beauty. I give my clothing a story. I create a purpose for it."

Wal-Mart relaunches Master P and Romeo's Clothing Line.

Speaking about the "hip-hop Millers," Master P and his son, fellow hip-hop hit-maker Romeo, have agreed to relaunch their P. Miller Designs apparel line exclusively through Wal-Mart, Billboard has learned. The father-son duo's brand of men's apparel will be available at about 350 Wal-Mart stores starting in July and will include graphic T-shirts, fleece hoodies and fashion denims. The P. Miller line was last available at such retailers as Kohl's and Mervyns "a few years ago," Master P (aka Percy Miller) said.

Walmart says they have cleaned up the "GANGSTA IMAGE." Whatever that means........???? Romeo's new UCLA image is hot and he's legal now too. Romeo baby, won't you call your Aunty Kemi here in Canada and take me to dinner? 647-344-5390
