The girl is dying and one man is still trying to collect from her estate WHEN when dies?? Well this is one of those really sad cases.
Three days before Bobbi Kristina Brown was discovered unresponsive lying face down in a bathtub, she was involved in a head-on the collision that reportedly left Russell Eckerman, 41, of Marietta, Ga in critical condition.
According to the New York Daily News, Eckerman filed a lawsuit against Brown with the Fulton County Supreme Court Friday, just over a week after the R&B heiress was moved to a hospice care facility.
In the suit, Eckerman claims that Brown lost control of her vehicle after speeding and tailgating. Her 2005 Jeep Liberty spun out into oncoming traffic and struck Eckerman’s Ford Taurus.
According to one witness, the crash left Eckerman without a pulse and bleeding from his head. He was transported to North Fulton Hospital where he was revived and remained in critical condition for several days. Osse Lessage, another witness, told reporters that Brown rushed to Eckerman’s vehicle after the crash to see if he was okay.
“She was running and screaming, ‘Oh my gosh,’” Lessage said at the time. “My brother-in-law was there (saying) ‘calm down, calm down.’”
Eckerman is requesting $730,000 in damages from Bobby Brown, Pat Houston and the 22-year-old’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove. Ford Motor Company is also listed as a defendant in the case. According to Eckerman, medical expenses stemming from the accident exceed the $730,000 that he is demanding from Brown’s estate.

Now that the 22-year-old aspiring singer is at death’s door, bidding has begun in earnest on her death bed photo, according to gossip tabloid TMZ.com.
"It’s pretty disgusting but also not unexpected … someone is shopping a pic of Bobbi Kristina laying at death’s door in a hospice.
The photo was shopped to us … we passed. It was taken earlier this week at the facility outside of Atlanta. A woman is hovering over Bobbi Kristina in the photo … we’re told it’s a family member.
As for who shot the photo … we’re told it’s “an extended family member.”
The pic is being shopped to multiple magazines and websites, and we’re told there’s interest."

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, said Nigeria is progressively winning the war against Boko Haram under the auspices of Multinational Forces with neighbouring countries.
The remarks followed Tuesday and Wednesday’s attack in Kukawa and Monguno local government areas of Borno State, where at least 145 people were killed by suspected Boko Haram.
In his speech as special guest of honour at the graduation of 174 senior course 37 of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, Nigeria, the president pointed out the importance of harnessing the strengths of multiple security actors, demonstrated in the fight against terrorism.

Children of rich and influential Northern Nigerians are allegedly financing Boko Haram. It's something that I have been suspecting for a while now. Many of them have either joined or got busted trying to join. Ismaila and his sister and a pair of Nigerian siblings whose names have been changed for security reasons and are under detention.
Adegboyega Sam, an army major and one of the officers at the camp, said when Ismaila and his sister were arrested, they had almost an equivalent of N3 million in various currencies, several banks’ ATM cards, four smartphones and three laptops.
“There are many of them here, children of influential Nigerians, some we have been keeping for more than three to four years. We only await instructions from above; ours is to follow orders,” he said.
In spite of several hours of interrogation, investigators who have handled the case of these young Nigerians are still a bit confused about how they got conscripted to work for Boko Haram. There are still too many questions unanswered. Why did they leave everything dear to them – family, privileged upbringing and life – without looking back to become terrorists?
