The "Rihanna Day" ceremony was extraordinary. It started off when the Minister of Culture for Barbados, Mr. Steve Blackett read a proclamation before a packed crowd and a live TV audience which made Rihanna an official Ambassador of Barbados for Youth Affairs. This video has her cutting her cake while Mediatakeout has the pictures of her doing the same with rumored boyfriend Chris Brown.
