Hundreds of squealing young fans have taken over downtown Toronto in anticipation of an appearance by the Jonas Brothers. The teen pop sensations are scheduled to appear live on MuchMusic Thursday, taking questions from audience members and via e-mail. Devotees of the singing trio began lining up days in advance, with a Much spokeswoman saying they had ballooned to 1,500 in number by Thursday morning. The singing brothers - 20-year-old Kevin, 18-year-old Joe and 15-year-old Nick - are known for their wholesome image and come to Canada after supporting Avril Lavigne on her European tour. They kick off their Canadian tour in Toronto on Friday. Fans lining up for the Jonas Brothers appearance are also vying for passes to a private dress rehearsal Thursday night in advance of the concert.
