Surveillance captured a teen urinating into the City of Portland's water supply early Wednesday morning. Now the entire 38 million gallons of water will be drained. "Our customers don't anticipate drinking water that's been contaminated by some yahoo who decided to pee into a reservoir," said a city water official to #HNNAfrica. It's not the first time this has happened. How terrible is this?

David Marrero .003 parts per million is not going to kill you lol that's .00003 per 38 million gallons. Would be undetectable. You'd find more phosphorous, arsenic, fluorides etc. than urine.

Noel Wenrich This is just another case of government over reaction, symbolism over substance. What about the fish feces and urine in the water? Filtration and chlorination will fix any bacteria. But what people do not understand is that Urine is typically Sterile however on occasion there is bacteria found.
