During an interview with Premium Times at his Abeokuta home, Nigeria’s former president Olusegun Obasanjo disclosed that the Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who worked for him is different from the Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala that worked for Goodluck Jonathan. Do you agree? Explain.
