As the final weekend of campaigning winds down before Monday’s federal election, seven in 10 Canadians say it’s time for change, according to a new Nanos Research survey conducted for CTV News and the Globe and Mail -- up four percentage points from a similar poll conducted last month. According to the most recent survey of 1,000 Canadians, 71 per cent of respondents answered they would say that “it’s time for change” in the upcoming federal election.
The proportion of Canadians who think it is time for a change on the closing weekend of the election rose from 67 per cent in September.
