Cindy Williams: Actress, Known for Role on 'Laverne & Shirley,' Celebrates 69th Birthday on Aug. 22

Cynthia Jane Williams was born Aug. 22, 1947, in Los Angeles. She first appeared as Shirley Feeney on "Happy Days" and was later cast in a spinoff with Penny Marshall, who played Laverne De Fazio. I watched that show as a teenager in the 80's in America. She looks very good for her age.
