Some new pictures of Bey and Blue on Instagram, very colourful and it's her birthday weekend too September 4th 2016. She just touched down in Frederick, Maryland to spend the weekend with Michelle and the girls while President Obama is attending the G20 summit in China. The Carters and Obamas are very close family friends.
