NBC is projecting Hillary as he winner in Colorado and also Virginia while Trump is set to take Ohio which was supposed to have the Hillary steam. She was campaigning there vigorously with LeBron James and other stars. Trump didn't use stars. He just kept preaching on the road. The problem with celebrities are that voters hear their message and it escapes the next minute from their ears.

The New York Times has a wildly swinging forecast needle that’s driving everyone insane. The New York Times is capturing readers' anxiety in real time with each bounce of its wildly swinging election forecast needle.

At the beginning of the night, the forecast heavily favored Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. But as results came in showing an unexpected lead for Donald Trump in key battleground states, the live forecast shifted towards Trump.

The real-time needle didn't stay still for long. At times, the needle seemed to bounce unpredictably from Trump's side to Clinton's, and back.

#HNNPolitics Republicans have held on to KEY STATES to control US SENATE #Election2016

Republicans held on to key Senate seats in Indiana and Florida on Tuesday as they sought to hold off the Democrats' bid to retake the Senate majority.

But Democrats grabbed a Republican-held seat in Illinois in a race that has been described as a "coin flip" between the two parties.

The main focus of US and world media has been on the brutal race for the White House between the Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. Historically, Presidents have always struggled to pass their agenda while contending with an opposition-run House and Senate.

Republicans hold a majority of 54 to 46 in the Senate, which means Democrats need to pick up just four seats to take the majority if Ms Clinton wins the White House.

Some observers have suggested the possibility of a hung Senate providing the Vice President, either Republican Mike Pence or Democrat Tim Kaine, with the deciding vote.

Now if Hillary wins and the whole Senate is Republican, that is a recipe for disaster right there. My own gun laws will hit another 4 years of a roadblock as Obama couldn't get the gun loving NRA folks in the GOP to pass any decent laws. Lets keep watching!--KOO

Brandon Stanton of #HONY says don't VOTE for #Trump #Election2016 #HNNImpact

The human behind the popular photography blog Humans of New York published a rare text-only Facebook post Tuesday afternoon urging his fans to cast their votes against Donald J. Trump.
While neither naming Hillary Clinton nor Trump in his post, Stanton was clear about whom he was endorsing.

"This election is not about emails," he wrote. "This election is about preventing a dangerous demagogue from becoming the most powerful man in the world. And there are enough of us who realize this."

As Stanton expected, he received mixed comments on the post. "Thank you for making what is definitely an unpopular post and doing what is right," commented Cally Decherd.
Eduardo Wheelock commented, "So apparently national security and corruption is not a big deal. If it wasn't for the good stories on this page, I'd unfollow."
