Shaq accused of stalking singer??

It's been a controversial summer for Shaquille O'Neal. He has been caught on YouTube for disparaging former teammate Kobe Bryant during an impromptu rap performance. Then came news that he wanted to reconcile with his wife, Shaunie, whom he divorced in 2007. Now, the Suns center has been slapped with a temporary restraining order by hip hot artist Alexis Miller - known professionally as Maryjane - the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.

Miller filed the restraining order in Atlanta with Fulton County Superior Court, alleging that O'Neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up. The Journal Constitution reported that Miller, 23, claimed she ended an intimate relationship with O'Neal last month. She alleged he then threatened to pay performers $50,000 each not to work with her.

GOMEZ: 'I WANT TO JOIN A BAND.'

Disney star SELENA GOMEZ has vowed not to follow in the footsteps of fellow teen icon MILEY CYRUS and release a solo album - she wants to join a band instead. Cyrus launched a solo music career following the success of her Hannah Montana TV show, releasing two solo LPs since 2007. And Gomez, who stars in hit kids show The Wizards of Waverly Place, also wants to create her own sound, but she doesn't want to go it alone.

She tells MTV.com, "I'm going to be in a band - no Selena Gomez stuff. I'm not going to be a solo artist. I think that I don't want my name attached to it." But Gomez promises her fans will still enjoy the record: "I basically want to make music that is fun and that parents and kids can jump around to and have a good time to. I will be singing, and I'm learning drums and playing electric guitar."
