An MC who carried an AK47 as a kid now raps for peace!

An MC, who raps for Peace. He hails from Sudan in Africa. By the age of 9, has was handling an AK-47 and was fighting in the civil war. He’s now used the art of Hip Hop to express his story.

His name is Emmanuel Jal and the new album is called ‘Warchild’. With great tracks like ‘Warchild’ and ’Forced To Sin’, you gain an insight to this young man’s life and his experiences. LL Cool J Signs 15 Year Old Rapper Nicolette.

L Cool J has signed an unknown 15 year old female rapper named Nicolette and he thinks she will be the next big thing.

Nicolette will also the first act to join LL's new Platinum Harvest music label and speaking of her potential, he says: "I would put her on a record with anybody and see what they think as far as competition. She's unbelievable. She's a star, not just somebody spitting bars in my face... She can rap... She's the truth."

LL Cool J is hoping to have the same success with the young MC as he did when he introduced Foxy Brown to the hip-hop world, on his hit song I Shot Ya hit.
