Jackson's lawyer Robert Englehart had initially argued in London's High Court on Tuesday (18Nov08) that the singer was suffering from an illness and should be allowed to provide evidence via a video link. But Englehart revealed on Thursday (20Nov08) that Jackson will now fly over from the U.S. after being given the all-clear by doctors. He is expected in court on Monday. Englehart says, "He has been cleared by his medical advisers to travel in two days' time."
I can tell you now that Jacko DOES NOT need this exposure. Why is that case in a U.K court anyway? That Sheik needs all the media attention. Who's his Publicist?
