Kerala, India: Woman Reportedly Killed By Pack of Stay Dogs at Beach Near Village in State

The 65-year-old victim was attacked by about 50 dogs Friday, news outlets reported. Pinarayi Vijayan, the state's chief minister, said Saturday that the dog problem would be addressed. This is too tragic. Why so many stray dogs over there?
