"On a golf course in Martha's Vineyard instead of in Louisiana," Alley captioned a Fox News video of Obama criticizing President George Bush's response to Hurricane Katrina in 2008 on Twitter Friday.Where is Kanye West when we need him? Remember how he ripped government officials during Katrina? Anyway Kanye is running for President in 2020.
