National Hurricane Center: Tropical Wave Over Atlantic Ocean Likely to Become Tropical Cyclone, Center Says #HNNenvironment

The National Hurricane Center in Miami issued a tropical outlook on Tuesday, saying the wave has a 90 percent chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over the next five days.
