Beyonce and Jay-Z released their baby's pictures today on Tumblr and thanked all of us for respecting their privacy during this time. I know she was preggo and even saw that last week photo. Remember how the Papparazzi rushed her and Julius was trying to stop them? Remember what she said? "It's OK Julius. Let them take pics." Knowing the Beyonce I interviewed in 2004, she is VERY PRIVATE and Jay-Z respects that. Also HipHossip and E! were the first to list her name as BLUE IVY, NOT Ivy Blue.

Along with the pics of the beautiful family, they left a note which read "We welcome you to share in our joy, thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. - The Carter Family."

In a new song posted on his website today, Jay-Z raps about the couple's pregnancy struggles: "False alarms and false starts, all made better by the sound of your heart." He later adds, "last time the miscarriage was so tragic."

"Glory feat. B.I.C." also reveals where the daughter of the music icons was conceived -- "You was made in Paris," Jay-Z raps -- and features the crying of a baby, presumably Blue Ivy.

Jay-Z also riffs on her name in the song, rapping "Baby I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you" and "The most beautifulest thing in this world, she's daddy's little girl." He posted the track along with a photo of the Empire State Building lit up in blue. Below is the first hoax we had in October 2010 and I believe that was when she must have miscarried.

The couple released their first official statement about Blue Ivy today, saying her "birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven." They added that she was "delivered naturally," weighed seven pounds, and described her arrival as "the best experience of both of our lives."

A father from New York is demanding an apology from Beyonce and Jay-Z after their security guards allegedly refused him access to a neonatal intensive care unit to see his newborn twins.

The superstar singer was admitted to a ward at Manhattan's Lenox Hill Hospital over the weekend and she gave birth to a daughter, named Blue Ivy Carter, on Saturday night.

Neil Coulon, from Brooklyn, was also at the hospital after his wife gave birth to premature twins, and he claims the celebrity couple's bodyguards caused chaos by keeping new parents and their relatives out of the wards and the waiting rooms.

Coulon alleges he was repeatedly barred from seeing his babies in the Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and he wants the stars to apologize.

He tells the New York Daily News, "Three times they stopped me from entering or exiting the NICU and it happened once on Friday - just because they wanted to use the hallway. They should have been more strategic about it. These are children with problems in intensive care and you're just going to take over the hospital like you own it?

In an effort to keep images from leaking to the public, hospital workers placed tape over security cameras and forced employees to turn in cell phones when they arrived for their shifts we heard. Now since when did anyone began to rent hospital floors? Shame on Lennox Hill who needed the $ and publicity badly, I hear Jay had to rent the whole fourth floor for $1.3 million. That should have been FREE courtesy of the hospital.
