In Nigeria, we KILL our turkey by simply cutting off the head and then we feather it by soaking in hot water. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it. The MIGRANT WORKERS do it in US and Canada for minimum wage.

Time is now 11.30am in Nigeria but at 7am this morning, my son KJ and his pal T-Boy forgot the cookies and milk but Santa still dropped off some cool cash. N1000-N1500 is not bad considering their allowance is N100 a week. They are RICH! Kids love Christmas money!
