HOMELESS MAN TED WILLIAMS SUES AGENT ON GOLDEN VOICE CONTRACT.

Ted Williams Cleaned Up

9News reports that Ted Williams became an overnight internet sensation after a good Samaritan posted a video of the Ohio man and his deep, dulcet tones.

The job offers poured in and Williams eventually entered into a deal with America's Next Voiceproducers Randy Thomas and Joe Cipriano (whose reality TV show competition picks out future voice over talent) as well as Spirit Digital Media director Zev Suissa.

All three are named as defendants in the lawsuit, reported by TMZ. Williams claims he signed a deal with them that he describes as "one-sided, onerous, burdensome, non-negotiated and blatantly unfair".

While not going into details about the contract, the thrust of Williams' complaint is that he signed at a time when he was struggling with "significant drug and alcohol abuse" and was "totally incapable of understanding what was happening to him or handling [his] own affairs."

WHAT HAPPENED TO STAGE NAMES?: DMX now accused of trying to falsify name on hospital bill!

You know that I will continue to remain on DMX side.....regardless.....On April 15, Mayo Clinic doctors thought they were treating a man named Troy Jones for pneumonia. But it was really Earl Simmons, better known as rapper DMX, trying to dodge a hospital bill, according to court documents obtained Friday. The rapper checked into the Phoenix campus’ emergency room, complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains, the documents said. “Someone in the projects is going to get the bill,” Simmons told a visitor to his hospital room, according to a May 9 search warrant served on the hospital by Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies.

The search warrant said Simmons provided the hospital “false information including name and address for billing purposes,” and that the high-profile rapper had committed the crime of “theft of services.” A confidential source inquired about Simmons’ room, but was told the hospital had no patient by that name. The source later said Simmons told him he checked in as Troy Jones to avoid paying the bill.

Still, Simmons, who owns a clothing line and acts, appears to be struggling financially. He and his wife, Tashera, who have four children, were sued in Maricopa County Superior Court last year by American Express Travel for $64,866 plus late charges, interest on a credit card and attorneys’ fees. The couple had paid a portion of the bill, but with other fees, still owed $83,353, as of April 23, court records said. I wonder if the Arizona media would report the story if it was someone else with a stage name or another race! Pleeeze, I work in the"mainstream" media ....whatever that means and I know when to cross the lines or stretch the limits!

SEE what readers are saying about the fabricated Tupac shooting article!

I am waiting for a statement from Tre Maxie of the TuPac Foundation and also Yvette Horton who is Ms Afeni Shakur's Personal Assistant. As you know in Atlanta 2005, I was handpicked by her to host the Oscar red carpet party for Tupac's nominated documentary "TuPac Resurrection" where most of the footage of this shooting was shown. Meanwhile see how the conventional mainstream media tries to destroy blacks against blacks. When will these things stop???

See what people are saying at the LA Times website! Meanwhile I dug this pictures of when we opened the TuPac Centre for Arts. You can see where all TuPac's treasures are stored! That young man worked his tail off and paved the way for so many! The centre is located in Stone Mountain, Georgia and opened back in 2005. When you travel down there, it's a place to stop by before you go to your CNN tour.

Teletoon releases statement to Keminications Media on controversial BOONDOCKS cartoon.

Here is a corporate statement from Teletoon on why they chose to air the controversial "Boondocks" episode on Sunday night. Boondocks is already on the regular Teletoon adult line up "DETOUR" but I personally enjoyed this episode which I felt should have expressed free speech in North America. Thanks to the lovely Kate Dickson, Publicist for Teletoon.

THE DETOUR ON TELETOON TO AIR EPISODES OF THE BOONDOCKS PULLED FROM CARTOON NETWORK’S ADULT SWIM

Never afraid of provocative programming, The Detour on TELETOON, the no-holds-barred evening programming block on TELETOON for adult and teen audiences, is set to air two episodes from the second season of satirical comedy, The Boondocks, titled "The Huey Freeman Hunger Strike" and "The Ruckus Reality Show”. Attention was drawn to these two episodes when they were pulled from the Adult Swim schedule earlier this year with Cartoon Network representatives stating they have no plans to air them.

Creator of the series, Aaron McGruder, left the message "Okay, so... maybe it's a 13 episode season..." on his MySpace page. The Detour on TELETOON has been broadcasting episodes from season two of the socially-aware and edgy comedy since November 2007 with the two final episodes set to air on Sunday March 16 and March 23 at 10:30 pm ET/PT. Created by Aaron McGruder and based on his award-winning comic strip of the same name, The Boondocks follows Huey and Riley, two young brothers that live in the Chicago suburbs with their Grandfather who hopes to live out his twilight years in peace.

The political actions of ten year-old Huey however, prevent his granddad from getting the quiet retirement he strives for. The Boondocks first aired on The Detour on TELETOON on February 24, 2006 and stars Regina King and John Witherspoon. TELETOON is where cartoons live – all day, every day.

Available in both English and French in over 7.3 million Canadian homes, TELETOON brings kids, youth and adults the best in animated entertainment. Too hot for daytime, from 8:30 pm ET/PT The Detour on TELETOON is the place to catch fearless and irreverent cartoons aimed at teen and adult audiences. TELETOON is also available On Demand and on Mobile TV. Founded in 1997, TELETOON Canada inc. is owned by Astral Media Inc. (50%), and Corus Entertainment Inc. (50%).

Controversial banned cartoon in the USA airs on Canada's Teletoon!

Debra Leevil (poking at Debra Lee?)

Employee killed by Debra with sharp object

Huey Freeman on CNN during his hunger strike

Walmart employee pledging her paycheck to a poor BET employee!

This is my personal assessment of last night's show and does not reflect the opinion of Teletoon. Teletoon had the disclaimer above aired ever 10 minutes during the show. Good move!

First of all, I had to chase my 7yr old son KJ to bed but he ended up watching it anyway since I had parental guidance. This episode raised my eyebrows but at the end of the day, it is all about free speech. The Americans scream that daily but never adhere to it. When Aaron McGruder did this episode, his regular network Cartoon Network of Time Warner rejected this one due to lawsuit pressure from BET, but Cartoon Network has always denied that. Teletoon Canada is our cartoon channel and just like CN has Adult Swim, we have this adult portion too. The episode puts BET and its executives CEO Debra Lee and President Reginald Hudlin on full blast.

Reggie Hudlin or Weggie Rudlin?

In the episode, Huey's hunger strike against BET is supported by Reverend Rollo Goodlove, voiced by guest star Cee-Lo. The Gnarls Barkley crooner also narrates the episode, in which BET head Deborah Leevil, a Dr. Evil type ruler, runs the network with nothing but ill will in mind. She kills an employee at the board table for a bad opinion. She even bows and kneels to a Viacom-like character like Sumner Redstone, Viacom's big boss. Viacom owns BET.

Cee Lo as Rev. Goodlove

"Weggie Rudlin, my Harvard-educated President of Entertainment, tell me about the eeevil shows you have in development," the woman barks to her executive as she pets a hairless animal and places her pinky finger at the corner of her mouth.

Weggie Rudlin, a man who strongly resembles BET's President of Entertainment, Reginald Hudlin, stands before her meekly and says: "My Harvard education tells us that our goal is to take all the s***ty reality shows that MTV did five years ago and make them black… Next month we're going to have our first award show honoring video hoes, or as I like to call it, a hoe-wards show."

Boondocks is a cartoon about an angry point of view of two black kid brothers on everything. They live with their grandpa who they constantly argue with. Above are relevant screenshots of the controversial episode which has CNN, the Drudge Report, with BET and even MTV on blast. It was real fun and I was ashamed that CN banned it. The only thing I could see about the ban was when Huey, one of the kids went on CNN to protest BET. CN and CNN are both owned by Time Warner. That may pose a conflict of interest. There was even a Walmart employee, homeless people and illegal immigrants who said they were supporting BET employees treated like crap with no money by giving them the little they earn. Some BET employees were shown as homeless people living under bridges!

Huey's demand was that BET stop demeaning women on their music videos and pay their employees well, so the kid went on a hunger strike. Since some employees were portrayed as homeless, Walmart may not like their involvement in that either! That cartoon was perfectly safe in Canada! In the end, they all become friends and their pictures were all featured on Matt Drudge's "Drudge Report." It is too early to tell if BET will try to kill free speech by attempting any legal action on Teletoon. LET'S HOPE NOT!

Controversial Boondocks episode banned in the USA. deleted off YouTube and preserved for us at World Star Hip Hop.

......and World Star Hip-Hop is in the USA! It is 19 minutes and 20 seconds of course minus the commercials and Teletoons' discretionary announcement every 10 minutes plus you get to see the credits at the end. Tavis Smiley played himself and dissed BET! Caution: Discretion is advised. Coarse language! Wear headphones at work! It's ready Scott! You-yes you Scott are going to need TWO headphones! LOL! You know what I mean!
