WHITNEY LEAVES ENTIRE ESTATE TO BOBBY KRISTINA.

Wenn reports that Whitney Houston has left all of her personal belongings to her daughter Bobbi Kristina and the tragic singer's fortune will be placed in trust for when the teen turns 21.

The pop superstar was found dead in the bathroom of her Los Angeles hotel suite last month and she was laid to rest a week later, and it has now been revealed that Bobbi Kristina, Houston's only child with ex-husband Bobby Brown, is the sole beneficiary of her mother's will, which was last amended in 2000.

The 19-year-old will receive the I Will Always Love You hitmaker's furniture, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars, according to the legal document, obtained by Inside Edition.

Houston's money will be placed in a trust until Bobbi Kristina turns 21 in 2014. She'll receive additional money when she turns 25, and will be given access to the rest of her mother's fortune when she turns 30.

Cissy Houston, the singer's mother, is the executor of the will.

Sadly, we all know this but it's no surprise that my good pal Whitney Houston's death will be ruled as an accidental overdose as I hear from close sources to the investigation. As a Pharmacist, I can tell you that if she was on a combination of sedatives, tranquilizers and anti-depressants, alcohol is clearly an enemy to these pills. Just like Gerald Levert who was on pills for a back ailment and purchased something over the counter that interacted.

Her goddaughter said to the "Insider" show that Whitney had no demons and the media was the demon that killed her. We all know she battled the demon of drug addiction. However she is resting now. I leave it at that. Krissy is back at the house in Atlanta they once shared. She will be OK. Keep the family in your prayers. Pls pay attention to all the pills you are given in the pharmacy and the alcohol warning. It really makes a difference. Anyone can end up dying from an accidental overdose. Amy Winehouse died from alcohol withdrawal in form of a seizure.

WHITNEY HOUSTON LAID TO REST IN PRIVATE BURIAL.

My girl Whitney Houston was laid to rest Sunday at a brief private ceremony in New Jersey, the end of a weekend that saw the pop star's family and friends gather at a star-studded funeral to mourn her loss while celebrating her career.

Fans and onlookers gathered in several places along the route the motorcade took from the Newark funeral home to the cemetery about 20 miles away in Westfield, where Houston was buried next to her father, who died in 2003.Whitney died Feb. 11 in L.A, hours before she was to attend a pre-Grammy Awards party. No cause of death has been determined.

At the burial which was VERY private, I am told only her close relatives were present including Robin Crawford her assistant and Ray Watson her bodyguard. No celebrities were invited to that part. What do you see in this picture above? It is so distinctively Unique. Mrs Carol Whigham did an awesome job to dress up and transport her late client from Teteboro airport to the funeral home, to the wake and funeral back and forth is one, and she also DROVE THE HEARSE, something they said she does for every family. So caring.

So what is so unique about the picture at the intersection with the 4 bike cops. What caught my eye is the Dr Martin Luther King Jr intersection and Whitney DIED during Black History Month, the "W" on that hearse looks like it had her name on it. Of course we know it stands for Whigham, the name of the funeral home.

The message is that she "lived the dream" and each of us have to encourage our children to reach out for their dreams. She said the children are the future. Give them a sense of pride--Talk to your kids about DRUGS!

Whitney Houston went to church one last time Saturday. She was welcomed by family, friends and a virtual audience of millions who watched as the pop superstar was remembered as a child of God with the voice of an angel. A voice that never forgot its roots."Jesus Loves Me" was the last song Houston sang in public before her death February 11 in Beverly Hills, California, at the age of 48.

My crew was NOT inside the church but in the media area. CNN and the AP finally got the feed agreement going as CNN began to broadcast the feed along with anchors Soledad O'Brien and Piers Morgan sitting yards away. Most people followed me @HipHossip on Twitter. Dionne Warwick, her cousin presided the service introducing speakers and guests.

Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and R. Kelly -- heard the simple, but powerful, "Jesus Loves Me," this time performed by CeCe Winans.Saturday's homegoing service was held at New Hope Baptist Church, where Houston, nicknamed "Nippy," was soloing in the junior choir by age 11.

Filmmaker Tyler Perry praised Houston's "grace that kept on carrying her all the way through, the same grace led her all the way to the top of the charts. She sang for presidents." Even with her ensuing fame, which brought six Grammy Awards, glamorous living and parties on the West Coast, and seven consecutive No. 1 singles, Houston never forgot her Newark, New Jersey, hometown. Actor Kevin Costner, who starred with Houston in her first movie, "The Bodyguard," recounted how both of them grew up in the Baptist faith and had family members who sang in the choir."Church was our bond," Costner said.

Houston, the actor said, overcame her doubts about having what it took to earn the role in "The Bodyguard." She alone, Costner said, was the right choice."Now you are gone, too soon, leaving us with memories of a little girl who stepped bravely in front of this church, in front of the ones that loved you first," Costner said. "In front of the ones who loved you the best and loved you the longest. And boldly you stepped into the white hot light of the world's stage."

Singer Whitney Houston is "raising the roof" in heaven today, her mentor, music mogul Clive Davis, told mourners, who were doing some musical feats of their own at a memorial service for Houston in Newark, N.J. During the three-and-a-half-hour service, Houston's casket, covered with a large spray of flowers, rested in front of the altar.

While many of her fans lamented the fact that Houston's service was invitation-only, Pastor Marvin Winans, who delivered the eulogy, thanked Cissy Houston, Whitney's mother, for having the service at New Hope."That took a lot of courage. And because of that you brought the world to church today," Winans said during his eulogy.

The six-page funeral program contained color family photos and a letter from Cissy Houston.The letter included the message:

"God said 'It's time, Nippy. Your work is done.'" It was signed, "Thanks for being such a wonderful daughter. Love, Mommie."

Houston also left behind a daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 18.Through the tears and occasional laughter, performers and speakers spoke of Houston's loyalty.

One of the most emotional moments in the service came when Keys sang "Send Me an Angel," her voice soaring into the rafters of the sanctuary.Oprah Winfrey, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Spike Lee, and Houston's former husband, Bobby Brown, were among those in attendance. Brown walked by Houston's casket with his head down before the service began. Police said Brown and his entourage later left the church during the service.

What's going on with Bobby Brown and company? They were all crying outside and even went back into the LIMO!! Well Bobby was upset that he wasn't treated well and was shoved around three times in the church and he stormed out claiming he was not allowed to see his ex-wife and his daughter.

When the casket was leaving the church, you could visibly see Ray J touching the casket crying hard. It was too sad to look at. Patricia Houston, her sister-in-law, Gary's wife and Manager thanked so many people including Oprah, Diane Sawyer, Dionne Warwick, Tyler Perry, The Winans, Donnie McClurkin and more. ‎"She put the Spark in Sparkle and Bobbi Kristina that was for u. Her work ethics was impeccable." Patricia Houston said of Whitney on the movie set of Sparkle‎, her upcoming movie in August 2012.

‎"The smile, the face, the grace" Rickey Minor who ran Whitney's band and now runs the Tonight Show band with Jay Leno said, We thank you for this life of Whitney Elizabeth Nippy Houston Pastor Marvin Winans said.

The most powerful moment was reserved for the end. As Houston's casket was carried out, her hit "I Will Always Love You" played. The AP reported that Bobbi Kristina began crying, and the sobs of Houston's mother rang throughout the church."My baby!" she wailed.

Ray Watson, Houston's bodyguard, recalled some of his last interactions with the singer."In our final days, she came in my room and she began to speak biblically," he said. "She laid her head on my shoulder and said, 'We are gonna be all right.'Speakers, including Bishop T.D. Jakes and director-producer Tyler Perry, spoke of the promise of tomorrow."Death has not won. Your tears may flow.

The flowers might wither," Jakes said. "You will find people you love may leave you outwardly, but (they) will not leave you inwardly."At the conclusion of the service, Houston's iconic recording of "I Will Always Love You" was played as her coffin was removed from the sanctuary. Her mother leaned on her escorts as they helped her down the aisle.Houston will be laid to rest Sunday at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, just south of Newark. She has come home.

Bobby Kristina, Cissy Houston and Clive Davis arrive at last nite's wake for Whitney. I heard she looked beautiful and Mrs Whigham's funeral home did an excellent job on that beautiful face. I am going to miss her! For the first time, I am listening to Whitney in my I-Pod since 5 days. This time last week, she was partying and happy. What is this? I cannot make anything out of this senseless death yet. The time I was on that Bravo set blogging in the early days are so vivid now. One thing I will never forget is her humility.

Once while we were on the set at the Buckhead Grand Hyatt, there was a wedding party and everyone recognized Bobby but did not realize Whitney was standing right there. When I told them, that is Whitney, one woman was shy or scared and I said to her "go to her and ask her for a photo, she'll give ya" Whitney's nice and love fans. The lady was thrilled, got an autograph, hug and picture. Come to think of it, Whitney's signature is not in my book of celeb sigs. It was not meant to be, I guess. It's the little things you forget. WHITNEY FANS TOLD TO "STAY AWAY" AND STAY HOME FOR FUNERAL.

A New Jersey police chief is urging Whitney Houston fans not to go anywhere near the star's funeral on Saturday, telling them to stay home and watch it on TV instead.

The pop superstar, who died in Los Angeles last Saturday, will be remembered in a private memorial service in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey at the weekend.

Famous friends, including Kevin Coster and Aretha Franklin, are expected to attend along with family members, but officials have warned fans not to attempt to get close to the funeral at the New Hope Baptist Church.

A number of streets around the venue will be closed, and Newark Police Director Samuel DeMaio has told the public to stay away.

He says, "I would advise the public that there really is going to be nothing to see here at the church. The best thing to do would be to stay home and watch the service on television. The privacy the family is seeking for the funeral... the NPD (Newark Police Department) is going to do everything they can to ensure that."

The ceremony is closed to the public, but Houston's publicist has confirmed a single camera will be allowed inside the church to broadcast the service on the internet, while a local news channel will stream the feed live.

As I reported yesterday, Whitney Houston's funeral will be private at New Hope Baptist Church in New Jersey, USA but will now be somewhat public being streamed LIVE online on the Associated Press website. The AP is the only camera pool allowed in the church and will send feeds out to other networks.

Mayor Booker's office will be setting up jumbotrons (big screen tv's) across the city of Newark in several locations. I will bring you all the pictures. My colleagues at CNN and FOX news are also telling me there may be live outside coverage on their respective networks beginning 11am. I'm guessing they will be interviewing fans and showing us the "celebrities dressed in black" arrivals. Here is the website link.

Of course we will always love her, however Whitney's loved ones have asked her supporters to donate to her favorite cause, instead of sending flowers. The fallen singer attended the Franklin School in East Orange, N.J., as a child and it was eventually renamed the Whitney E. Houston Academy of Creative and Performing Arts in the 90s.

PASTOR WHO MARRIED WHITNEY AND BOBBY WILL DELIVER EULOGY AT HER FUNERAL.

Marvin Winans of the famous Winans family will be delivering the eulogy at Whitney Houston's funeral in New Jersey on Saturday. This was at the request of her mother Cissy Houston. Winans is a gospel singer and a Detroit pastor. You will remember Winans also married Whitney and Bobby in 1992. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie told the media Tuesday that he planned to issue an executive order so that flags at government buildings in New Jersey would fly at half-staff on the day of her funeral. Now that's RESPECT.

Whitney will be smiling from above. However, I am still somber as never in my life would I expect what that front row pew would look like. I see Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Cissy Houston, Dionne Warwick, all these elderly gospel music icons seated with Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina, Clive Davis and more. There will be a big screen TV outside New Hope Baptist church on Saturday for the standing room crowd outside. Fans will probably tailgate them to the cemetery. That procession coverage will be available here thruout Saturday afternoon. Security will be tight as the main audience are going to be celebrities and executives in the music business. Truly sad.

WHITNEY'S GOLDEN HEARSE: A GOLDEN VOICE GONE.

Mrs Whigham's was in the passenger seat and spoke to media this morning. She is very caring about this business and she is used to media attention as Whitney's family also used her services in the past when Whitney's father was laid to rest. However this funeral has been certified PRIVATE and invite-only. Mrs Whigham told the media :

"They have shared her with the city, State and the World, now it's their turn."

The city of Newark's Mayor Booker office also told the media that the family has not reached out to them in hopes for a public memorial. Oh well, if they want to mourn in private, they deserve to. I will have you all the pictures and coverage on Saturday Feb 18th 2012.

MY FRIEND WHITNEY: I SPOKE ABOUT REALITY SHOW MEMORIES OF "BEING BOBBY BROWN."

This reality series brought out the WORST in this marriage. This was when I met Whitney and Bobby. The Toronto Sun spoke to me about that over the weekend. I said it like I knew. Read the article here. It featured in today's paper the print edition on page 2 of the Toronto Sun.

UPDATE IN THE WHITNEY HOUSTON DEATH CASE.

Beverly Hills Police department just addressed the local media rite a few moments ago about the death of Singer Whitney Houston. It is now a Coroner's case. The Coroner addressed media outlets earlier stating that she was seen an hour before her death somewhere in the hotel lobby looking disheveled and "wandering around." There are tests still going on and a security hold on the case.

Police sources told media outlets that she had a combination of "sedatives including Lorazepam, Valium, Xanax, and a sleep medication" in her hotel room. I am a retired Pharmacist of 27 years in the USA, I live in Canada now and Canada does not market Xanax. Xanax is also known as Alprazolam. Most of the drugs mentioned here are classified as benzodiadepines nicknamed "benzos" and are mostly used for anxiety disorders and some of them are highly addictive!

I spoke to a longtime neighborhood friend of the family who told me the funeral service may be at the church she sang at the age of 11-years-old, New Hope Baptist church in Newark, New Jersey. She will be laid to rest sometimes this weekend in probably Friday or Saturday. Her body has already left Los Angeles in Tyler Perry's private jet back to Newark, New Jersey and NOT to Atlanta as some media outlets are reporting.

The coroner is probing everything down to the last meal she had in that hotel room as seen above. Many doctors are usually under fire for this over-prescribing habit. Heath Ledger died of a combo of the same kind of drugs. Mixed with liquor they can be lethal. What bothers me is the combination is not necessary. One anxiety medication is all a patient needs. I have suffered anxiety attacks in the past during my brother's 1999 death and only used only ONE benzodiazepine pill.

We will know what happened to her when we see that toxicology result. They could be back as soon as 4 weeks, normally takes 6-8 weeks. My source also told me that the bottles were labelled from local infamous Micky Fine Pharmacy which is now under media fire again. If all this is indeed true, then we have the same Michael Jackson/Micky Fine issue again. The term "Houston, we have a problem" does not count here per all the internet EMS paramedic jokes when she could not be revived. WHITNEY IS ALREADY DEAD! It will be Micky Fine, we have a problem. No way any responsible Pharmacist these days should dispense such a combo at any one time. Even the computer will halt you and you should NOT override these things!

Police will not confirm today that she was under water. She was unconscious and unresponsive when she was pulled out of tub The body was found by someone in her personal staff. Police say they have not been in touch with any family member. That's weird? They also specify that they are not conducting a HOMICIDE information and this is strictly a death investigation and it is SEALED. The police does not have any info about what drugs was found in her system as I mentioned. The Spokeman will not verify any prescription information. Such a tragedy! Whitney's teen daughter Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital IN THE LAST 2 HOURS. Pls pray for Bobbi K. Pls! I attended this girl's 13th birthday which Whitney had me cover for the blog and have photos in in my old computer back home which I will be getting soon. Pray for Bobbi!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: Bobbi is said to have suffered multiple anxiety attacks. Also called "Panic attacks" are typically very common when you have lost an immediate loved one especially in cases like this. I started having panic attacks myself when my brother was struck by a drunk driver as a pedestrian. It is treated with tranquilizers, sedatives and even some anti-depressants. WAS TONY BENNETT OUT OF HIS MIND ASKING FOR DRUG LEGALIZATION AT THE PRE-GRAMMY PARTY?

As the recording industry festivities began last nite at the Clive Davis party, old man Bennett went onstage and asked for drugs to be LEGALIZED! Whitney's family not present for the show as they were already dealing with shock of her death heard what Bennett said!! Family sources told me he may have greatly offended them. Was Bennett automatically assuming drugs killed Whitney? Whitney used the drugs legal or not, so I feel it was not the forum or setting for Bennett to even utter that.

As you know he is also associated with another infamous impaired singer and that was Amy Winehouse. These artists did drugs at their own free will. I thought it was inappropriate and uncalled for. Above is what happens now that drugs are NOT legalized. Stars still use them! Look at Amy's mom's face at the memorial in front of her home. These are the faces we need to see. The families left behind who are HURT!

THE SHOW MUST GO ON? CLIVE DAVIS DEDICATES ANNUAL PARTY TO WHITNEY WHILE BODY IS STILL UPSTAIRS IN HOTEL ROOM.

Would you have canceled the Arista party or went ahead with it? There are mixed comments from the Canadian music industry. Speaking to industry execs I called on cell phones aka probably at home on a Saturday nite, most said they would have canceled it in her honor simply because her body was still IN THAT HOTEL.

One Warner Music Canada executive who wishes to remain anonymous shared that sentiment of the VENUE. Speaking to Journalism pal Superblogger Necole Bitchie of NecoleBitchie.com, she said some of those celebs may not even have known the body was still there 6-7 hours after she was pronounced dead and called it "eerie" that stars showed up at the same hotel....and she's right. REPORTS: WHITNEY HOUSTON MAY HAVE DROWNED IN THE BATHTUB. POLICE FOUND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS; NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR ALCOHOL IN ROOM

5.15am EDT/2.13am PT: Whitney Houston's body has now arrived at LA County Coroner's Office; autopsy results are expected within 24 hours. Toxicology results may be longer. Police have searched Whitney's room and they found several prescription drug bottles. Not unusual for people that take multiple medications. (I'm still a Pharmacist in the US and licensed in my original state) so where are the illegal drugs? Police say they found NONE!

Reports I have now say Whitney may have drowned in the bathtub. Now how do you explain this? How does an adult drown in a tub if they are "not drowned" by someone? They may have been "impaired maybe?" Was Whitney indeed impaired on her Rx drugs? Time will tell. This could be ruled an accidental death for someone who just spoke to her mom and cousin Dionne Warwick 2 hours earlier. I don't take baths.
