As most of you know, Z103 morning show personalty Scott Fox left KISS 92.5FM and is back at the Z. Well, today he was presented with a Queen's Jubilee medal and to that KJ and I say CONGRATULATIONS! Scott has always been dedicated to his radio listeners regardless of what station he worked.

I myself started in radio news and anchored news during morning shows in Baltimore and also worked at leading talker WBAL Radio, so I know the morning show fans very well and the dedication of the personalities to them. Congrats to you Scott. You can listen to him LIVE on weekdays here.--MsKemi @HipHossip on Twitter

DAYS AWAY FROM Z103'S SUMMER RUSH!!

What a rush it would be too with Canadian artists like Alyssa Reid, Tyler Mederios, Classified and some US artists including Snoop Dogg, Pitbull, L'il John and even British artist Tinie Tempah. It's an all star line up and outdoor event at Canada's Wonderland, something that has now become an annual tradition for Z103.5FM Toronto. This event normally sells out fast but there is no harm trying by visiting this page where you can see the entire line up of artists. Savour the Z103 Pitbull remix below. I remember a long time ago when I used to blog about Pitbull and now he's so BIG! Hoping to meet him.

TORONTO POLICE CHIEF WILLIAM BLAIR ON Z103.5FM FEB 16th 2011

Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair was live on radio @Z103.5FM this morning on his annual Crime Stoppers and state of the department visit. He spoke on "The Scott Fox Morning Show" at 7.35am and covered all topics like Crime Stoppers and how it works with social media bringing his social media cop Constable Scott Mills with him. Mills spoke about the effect of CS on "prevention" and the increase of tips for prevention and generally how the system worked. Blair also spoke about the violent crimes with firearms that occurred this past weekend where three young men in their 20's were shot with two dead and one still on life support.

He stressed that the use of firearms needs to stop, something I always preach in this city. Blair elaborated on the drinking and driving as well as the texting laws and the ride program on Superbowl Sunday as well as other sports and award show event days where people are going to drink at a game or an event at a bar and then get on the wheels. Blair himself participated in one of these programs where he physically was greeting, checking and advising drivers.

Finally he spoke about the worst nightmare any chief could experience. The death of one of his own. Sgt Ryan Russell's death, the 52 Division cop who was killed in a snow plow rampage. Blair also congratulated Bill Evanov, the owner of the station and broadcast pioneer who will be inducted into the broadcast hall of fame during Canadian Music Week in March 2011.

Thanks to the Scott Fox morning show with Ashley Greco who made this happen, this is the most in-depth visit I ever listened to. Listen to Z103.5FM or online here. Also you can visit Scott Fox's personal page here.

CAKETIME: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO Z103.5 FM'S ASHLEY GRECO!

Ashley Greco is a member of the Scott Fox morning show on Toronto's Z103.5FM. This gorgeus radio darlin looks like she's 16 today. I really need my botox shots now as everyone is looking younger than me. We at HipHossip wish her a Happy Birthday today and enjoy your day Ashley. If you think Ashley is just a radio personality, nada! She's also a singer. Watch Ashley sing the Canadian National anthem at a Toronto Blue Jays game in 2007 below.

Happy Birthday Gurl! Listen to Ashley 5-9am along with Scott and Dave on Z1035.com online if you are outside Toronto or Canada.

HEARD ON THE AIR!

"Oprah's doing this for business! Next thing there will be shows about eating healthy.".......The Dynamic Scott Fox of Z103.5FM 's morning show, Toronto Sun's Reader's Choice Award GOLD winner for best morning show.....5.22am 12/11/08

Obviously, it doesn't take Einstein Physics to decipher what Fox said early this morning. Two days ago we had BIG news from Chicago. The Governor trying to sell Obama's Senate seat and also Oprah had become BIG again! Gimme a break! It's gonna be cooking shows in there and I won't be surprised if we viewers are hitting the supermarket with her....and can someone get rid of that Gail woman with the "L'il Wayne without the vocoder" voice?

Wanna be friends with Scott Fox and believe me he is one funny AM guy? Imagine this morning, Scott wanted a translation of that Feliz Navidad song. Glad KJ the kid reporter wasn't awake yet. That's what KJ may be singing tonite at the school christmas concert. Hit him up at Myspace.com/scottfoxonline and don't give me any excuse if you are in some other country as I see on my live feed on the left. It's www.Z1035.com live on the internet. Canada is the same as U.S Eastern time. Shout outs to Dave and ma gurl Ashley who run that morning gig together.

U.K--5am-9am=your 10am-2pm so you can listen in the office easy telling your boss you are going thru minutes of that last meeting! My cousin Tola in London already does that. How great is the person that invented the headphone!

OUR HEARTFELT THANKS TO TORONTO'S CHRIS EVANS OF Z103.5FM WHO LOVES HIPHOSSIP.

You know Chris Evans made my day yesterday! I had to get a beer. He emailed me in the morning telling me that he was gonna plug HipHossip on his #1 midday music show. I even requested a song and KJ was so tickled when he got home from school and heard the above footage. Thank you Z103.5FM for recognizing the good work that I do. You too can listen to Chris online at z1035.com from 9am to 2pm Eastern time on weekdays.

LADIES YOU'VE BEEN TARGETED BY OUTSTANDING Z103FM RADIO PERSONALITY CHRIS EVANS!

Chris Evans is like the better version of Canada's dreadful Buckley's cough syrup! Only with honey and vanilla flavor. LOL! The mid-day medicine for your workday. Did you know in the last ratings book for Toronto, Chris Evans had the number 1 midday show in their target demographic women age 18-34. Over the past year he has done very well in his time slot and with 17 years in radio we think he has finally achieved success in Canada's biggest market on one of the country's best radio stations.

Now there is a special HipHossip surprise on that show today. Chris is on the air now so better turn your radios to Z103.5FM now till 2pm. World visitors on the live feed on the left, you can listen online too. Keep listening.......

Meanwhile Z103.5's Summer Rush concert that was held this summer in Toronto and Halifax will be broadcast on BPM TV on Oct 30th. Z put 17,000 people at Canada's Wonderland and another record amount of people at Alderany Landing, Halifax.

Congrats to Chris Evans and everyone at Z103FM for the great achievements. "Today's Hit Music."
