
Be creative when eating fried rice. I chose my ingredients and cooked this lovely white fried rice with mixed vegetables and beef strips in the mix. After stir frying the veggies, beef and some baby shrimp, I then added some pieces of fried omelette and made my signature sweet chilli sauce concocted with Nigerian scotch bonnet peppers slowly cooked with honey. The final garnish is a slice of pineapple giving it a tropical taste and look. I had this for dinner 30 mins ago! Yum! All food groups and lots of vitamins.#DRKOO
