A judge is reportedly leaning toward awarding Ciara and Future joint custody of their son Future Zahir Wilburn, who will turn two on Thursday, according to TMZ. Ciara has been lobbying for sole custody of their child, in addition to filing a $15 million defamation suit that is meant to keep her name out dad Future’s mouth and mentions of baby Future off social media.
Since the suit was filed this year, dad Future has made a number of disparaging comments about his ex, and has suggested that Ciara is attempting to keep him away from baby Future. TMZ reports that a California judge had little sympathy for Ciara and her lawyer’s argument.
