"They let down our athletes ...They let down Americans," Scott Blackmun said. During an interview on NBC, Lochte admitted he "over-exaggerated" a story of being robbed at gunpoint in Rio. This story is getting ridiculous by the day. Just ban them from #Tokyo2020
