The REASON why I have no real life friends but ONLY Facebook friends>>Longer Life #HNNTech

My Facebook profile page has 5000 friends and 4500 followers and my verified fanpage has 77,000. I keep it like that. I have no friends in real life. I don't like privacy or trust. Never share secrets with me. I will prolly post it on Facebook.

Scientists who studied Facebook activity and mortality rates of registered California voters found that people who received many friend requests were far less likely to die over a two-year period than those who did not. Initiating friend requests, however, seemed to have no effect on death rates whatsoever.

The findings, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, hint at deeper complexities in the relationship between humans’ health and their social networks — whether those networks are online, or in person.

Obama to transfer @Potus Twitter handle to 45th President on January 20th 2017 #HNNGov

Media preview

The White House says @POTUS Twitter handle will be made available to the 45th President of the U.S. on January 20, 2017. It will be blank with no tweets and Obama's tweets will be archived for his 8 years there. Twitter launched 2006 and he won 2008 and so that makes him the first social media president. Other accounts will be archived too. So lets assume Michelle's handle will be @Flotus44. I don't know about Facebook. I guess everyone keeps that by their names. Michelle ain't updated hers in 3 years! SMH.

Evidence that #Nollywood Actresses actively bleach #HNNBeauty

Nothing wrong with whitening your skin but when you are accused of "bleaching" some public figures freak out. One of such liars is Dayo Amusa, a Nollywood prostitute. Here is her picture I found. Many in Nollywood are obsessed with Glutathione, whitening milks and even steroid creams. No need to deny it.

Why I advised Toke Makinwa to TAKE DOWN the bad advise video and she REFUSED #HNNimpact

Image result for toke makinwa before and after

After watching Toke's popular vlog, I agree that her videos are not for everyone. Definitely not for parents who have daughters. I said in 2007 that I am not a role model but a mentor. Only your motherly figure should be your role model. Role models fall from grace. Toke Makinwa, the beautiful successful OAP and Youtube star sadly failed in her marriage because another woman Anita Solomon had a one night stand with her estranged husband Maje Ayida who went back for more. Anita simultaneously dated Ayida for 8 years alongside Toke for 12 years. What Toke may not realize is that GIRLS are going to become women & mothers some day. I said may. Toke Makinwa pls don't encourage them to have one night stands. Unwanted pregnancies have occured time and time again. Some women have contracted the lifelong pain of HIV and some dealing with single motherhood and poverty. I have never been married and left an abusive relationship with my two children to become a single mom. I have no daughters but Im a feminist to the core. Many women were raped after one night stands and were too ashamed to tell the police. Don't ever kiss strangers. There is no etiquette in that. It's selling yourself cheap. While officer Sanguietti of the Toronto Police told us in the room not to dress like sluts to avoid being raped, a global movement began #slutwalk. We dont have to wait for Oprah to march in the walk to get the message across. Toke we don't have to wait for you to send a bad message across. Your sponsors, advertisers, humanitarian and activist groups are watching. As fierce, assertive and outspoken as I am, I urge you to retract the video message. Today is #internationaldayofthegirl #DayoftheGirl#internationaldayofthegirlchild. Change the mind of a girl. I always call Rihanna my daughter. You are my Nigerian daughter!

Best wishes darling!!
We love u Toke!
You are our STAR!!

Why I spoke out for all #Nigerian women who have NO ORGASMS due to #FGM #HNNImpact

This story was originally published in the International Business Times by Journalist Ludovicca Iaccino who interviewed me online about my experience with FGM. I spoke about it on Splash FM in 2012 on why I used sex toys, all this on #LIVE radio.

See the Nigerian map here.

Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo still remembers the secluded area behind the Oja Oba market in Ibadan, capital of Nigeria's Oyo state, where she was subjected to female genital mutilation (FGM).

Olunloyo, now a renowned journalist in Nigeria, was five-years-old when her family took her and her sister to visit an old man, who made the two girls lay on his laps "and then cut part of our vagina and clitoral area off."

Nearly 50 years later, memories of the encounter that would leave an indelible mark in Olunloyo's life are still vivid in her mind.

"There was no anaesthetic and a sharp razor blade was used. I remember my sister and I screaming afterwards. We went home bleeding in diapers and, for a week, it was like we were little girls with menstrual periods. My mom was bathing us and diapering us. Deep down, mom was not happy for some reason," Olunloyo told IBTimesUK.

After years of resentment towards her mother, Olunloyo finally confronted her in 2012. "She burst into tears telling me that our late paternal grandmother ordered my dad to have us do it," she explained.

"This tradition is over 70-years-old. Our grandmother was a traditional Muslim woman who dictated many rules to her young son, my dad."

Lifelong repercussions
Some women and girls who undergo FGM, have their entire genitalia cut and "sewn closed."

Olunloyo's genitalia were only partially removed, meaning she did not experience difficulties while giving birth.

However, the psychological and physical consequences of the mutilation still linger in her life.

"Calling it an operation is nothing. It was a cultural barbaric act used to decrease the female libido. It caused me post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for life," she said.

"I don't experience orgasm during sex and when I tried to promote the use of sex toys among Nigerian women, men started attacking me saying I was discouraging African women 'from the real thing'.

"Sex is not important. I have no libido or urge to have sex and I've been celibate for 10 years. Millions of women in Nigeria go through this, but they cannot talk or be outspoken like me. It is shameful and a disgrace to them," she continued.

"Many women say they fake orgasms and others have husbands who go out to prostitutes and girlfriends. FGM has destroyed marriages here."

FGM ban in Nigeria

In 2015, former Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan passed a law banning FGM. Among other things, the legislation also forbids men from abandoning women and children without economic support.

However, a report by NGO 28 Too Many claimed earlier in October that around 24.8% of girls and women aged between 15 and 49 still undergo FGM in Nigeria, where an estimated total of 20 million women and girls have undergone the practice.

The organisation said the practice is more prevalent in urban areas (32%) compared to rural ones (19.3%) and among Christian and traditional religions in the south-east (49%) and south-west (47.5%). The north-east and north-west areas of the country have the lowest prevalence.

"Oyo state still practices it . Only the Ijebus people across the Yorubaland where I am from in Nigeria don't do it at all," Olunloyo said.

"My message to girls who have been through it is to stay strong and get into support groups. I would like to be a UN Ambassador and travel around Africa forming support groups in communities and educating girls about sex education the right way, instead of cutting part of their genitals off causing a lifelong traumatic problem," she concluded.

Why CROSS DRESSING is a #Yoruba thing #HNNGayVoices

Denrele Edun (Twitter)
Denrele Edun, Seun the Diva, Bobrisky all Yoruba males who love to cross dress. I still don't consider Bobrisky as a cross dresser as he is still wearing pants (trousers) and t-shirts. Denrele though wears actual dresses and gowns like EJ Johnson. Seun wears more shorts and jackets and two wear more make up than one. Denrele rarely wears make up but Bobrisky and Seun do.

Denrele sure has the long girlie hair. So why do our Yoruba boys grow up with their own individuality? Some say they grew up in homes full of girls just like Caitlyn Jenner and the Kardashians. But it's not always necessarily true. There is a brand associated with them. Nigerians call them gay and they are not. Once you dress unusual in this country you are presumed gay. Just look at Charly boy. He went thru it too but he had a female alter ego.

Bobrisky (Twitter)

However you see it, this is the future to come. The anti-gay law does not affect them. They are not gay. They are simply transgenders. Let people be themselves. These Yoruba men are making waves and money thru appearances--KOO

Why the NBA Lawyers Protesting in #Abuja are Certified #Morons #HNNGov

Nnamdi Kanu and Sambo Dasuki even Fani-Kayode all have pending trials and bail to go with it. The executive branch of the government tampered with the judiciary and did not let those folks have their freedom while waiting for their trials. These lawyers should have protested then, NOT NOW! It took the attack of these judges for alleged corruption to get these morons to come out--KOO

First of I have the freedom of expression clause in both the US and Nigerian Constitutions, next it's time to send a message to the people giving their females the role of strapping bombs and walking into crowded places to kill others. Making fun of it is not funny but sends a tough message of stopping it--KOO

See how illiterate @LindaIkeji fans are when she made a TYPO #HNNEducation

It's important to proof read your work as a blogger or Journalist. Some Nigerian bloggers are quite bad at that. Well Linda Ikeji is no exception. The sad part is that her illiterate fans didn't think SHE MADE a mistake. They really thought it was the CBN official. ATM cards not CARS Linda. #Russian families MOURN one year anniversary of plane bombing by #ISIS #HNNTerror

Relatives of some of the 224 people killed in the bombing of a Russian airliner over Egypt attended ceremonies Monday in Saint Petersburg to mark a year since the disaster.

Mourners lit candles at a memorial service at the northwestern city's Holy Trinity Izmailovsky Cathedral and held a minute of silence at 7:14 am.The Airbus plane operated by airline Metrojet was flying from the Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh to Saint Petersburg carrying 217 passengers, most of them Russian tourists heading home, and 8 crew members when it crashed in the Sinai desert.

The Egyptian affiliate of the Islamic State jihadist group claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it smuggled a bomb onto the plane inside a soda can. Russia canceled all flights to Egypt because of this terror attack and that hit the tourism industry over there coupled with the British who visit there the most. Rest in Peace to all that lost their lives--KOO

Why @TheRealBobrisky Panel that quit came up as LOSERS #HNNImpact

Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju13

"We as Nigerians have been ignorantly programmed to hate or discriminate because of our tribalism and religious values which has made us move backwards in our country. A very fast rising and enterprising social media personality Bobrisky has caused a seminar moderator from a respected consulting firm to quit her appearance from a new media seminar. Alder Consulting's tweet "As an Executive Member of Alder, @subomiplumptre cannot participate in this event as it violates the brand values she's a custodian of" is total garbage and just ruined that very brand. I founded Keminications Media and Public Relations in 2004 in the USA and represented many famous clients and moderated seminars along the way.

The race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, tribe or nationality of one of the speakers have no bearing on the seminar. In this case this is a seminar that focuses on new media. Several new media seminars in Nigeria are a complete waste of time and end up failures because the panel was never right with many boring speakers. Personalities like Bobrisky is a perfect crowd puller who also has a huge presence on Nigerian Snapchat like DJ Khaled is called the King of Snapchat in America. I was called the Facebook Drama Queen for years because of my intense discussion on social issues on that platform. Last year I became the 9th Top influencer on twitter in the world and one of the top 3 influencers on social media in Africa. My appearances are very limited in Nigeria but giving that example, Bobrisky, Denrele Edun, Omojuwa and others are perfect speakers at such events back home.

Their personal lives and style should not be the focus and factor that could ruin Alder's brand. This kind of PR disaster on Alder's part had just elevated Bobrisky's career. Alder was pressured by social media haters who trended Bobrisky on 10/25/16 stating that the end of the world has come if he was a speaker at a seminar not even researching what sort of seminar it was. Alder Consulting and Subomi Plumptre caved in to discriminatory pressure and hate. My advice to EIE Nigeria is to keep using the outspoken youth to elevate Nigeria as most are afraid to speak out on issues. Bobrisky was the perfect choice for a speaker there. Subomi Plumptre made a choice to distant herself from the panel stating it was not the "original one she was invited to." She therefore discriminated and harbored hate. If Oprah Winfrey or Beyonce were added to that panel, I doubt if she will remove herself from it or complain that it wasn't the original one she was invited to. Ignorance does not excuse stupidity. The fake attitude Nigerians exhibit in the corporate world is one that is dragging us down as a whole--KOO

Halleluyah!: Pastor Adeboye does NOT want religious freaks posting his messages on #socialmedia #HNNReligion

Image result for pastor adeboye

"Spare me the problem of social media, don’t upload my messages," Pastor Adeboye begs members .
Weeks after getting dragged on social media for advising his male church members not to marry a woman who can't cook or pray for one hour, Pastor E.A Adeboye, the G.O of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, has begged youths of the church to stop uploading his videos or quoting him on social media, Naij reports.

He said this in order for him to be spared the torrents of backlash such uploaded posts may attract from millions of social media users. Speaking during a youth program, he pleaded with the participants to spare him the problem of social media by not uploading the program’s video on YouTube. He was quoted as saying: “Spare me the problem. I’m not talking to you so that you can put me on YouTube.”

Praise God! This God of Man has finally got it! Now Adeboye is talking as if he's not on social media. Sometimes I wonder how fake ass Nigerians think. Bottom line is that he said the same thing as Buhari. King B said his wife belonged to the kitchen and was attacked. When I criticized Adeboye for the same thing, people ripped me. Oh well, don't post his messages on SM--KOO

Upcoming Nollywood Actress and Prostitute Dayo Amusa uses Religion to fuel Nudity #HNNReligion

The ill role modeling and mentorship some Nollywood stars are dishing out to their fans in the name of religion"is upalling. Once again I'm going after Dayo Amusa for misguiding youth and promoting nudity!

"The level of promiscuity in Nigeria has reached damaging heights and all means to stop it will be beneficial to society. Nigeria's prostitution rate coupled with call (Runs) girls and male prostitutes are damaging our society as a whole. Dayo Amusa, an upcoming Nollywood star adds fuel to fire by posting on Twitter and Instagram that "Satan should actually swallow his pride and apologize to God so that we can all go back naked again." Not only has her irresponsible statement insulted religion but has also promoted nudity and promiscuity. To make things worse, her fans attacked me on many blogs calling me demeaning names, asking me to swallow poison and commit suicide and the very same fans praising her on her page, some even asking her to strip naked now rather than wait for the devil's apology. Amusa's fans are like Linda Ikeji fans.

Dumb illiterate Nigerians who have no concept of intelligence. Amusa's fans are mostly Yorubas raised in a poor background and underprivileged beggars who suck up to a star robbing them of their intelligence. Amusa has been accused by me in 2016 investigative reports of infidelity and prostitution after sleeping with an Omo Onile Ikorodu thug Sir K. Oluwo (Kamorudeen Lamina) in exchange for sponsorship to Mecca and a million Naira. She has also been known to have a sexual relationship with a married Lagos INEC boss and also snatching another actresses Sikirat Sindodo's man at one point. She has NEVER denied all those allegations.

Amusa should be mentoring young ladies on positivity and building themselves as reputable brands rather than steering them to nudity. With the Miss Anambra sex tape controversy gripping Nigeria currently and the improper religious activities going on in some churches with pastors raping women and children as read in daily newspapers, Amusa used poor judgement in reversing an entire bible chapter. It is like preaching to social media fans that Sodom and Gomorrah should not have been burned down so that we can all be gay and lesbians, something that would quickly anger homophobic Nigerians. Nigerians have double standards, talk with both sides of their mouths and a public figure should not be the one promoting such perversion. Amusa should keep her nudity preaching to her bedroom and her sex partners and not to the youth in Nigeria"--KOO

PEACE BEN WILLIAMS

By far she is the BEST female blogger in Nigeria according to my Journalistic standards. She writes her stories from a Diva's point of view. PBW's blog is always current and clearly written, not littered with garbage and she goes straight to the source. She is also an author and aspiring film maker.

I started following her in 2014 when she did an exclusive interview with Decontee Kofa, the estranged wife of Ebola victim Patrick Sawyer. Deeva Peace as she is called shed a whole new light into the case that more media should have featured. It was her that linked me to Kofa's twitter and I was able to chat with Sawyer's wife.

Deeva Peace has some good sports coverage if you love sports. Entertainment and celebrity news are in tip top shape and the rest of her news beats can't be beat. She is that good as a blogger. I will be nominating her blog to several reputable blogger awards in 2017--KOO

MOSY OGINNI

If you don't know the First Lady of PDP, then you know her as the First Lady of Facebook personal pages. She keeps the profile pages busy with humor and information. Everyone wants to be Mosy's friend on Facebook, even the haters.

She also happens to be my best friend and Manager.

Mosy is the pageant director of the very popular Miss Hotlegs franchise and I met her thru Femi Fani-Kayode on Facebook in 2009. A very loyal friend who will not be swayed by negativity of others who go to her to try and discourage her from not working with me. She ignored them all. Someone that sees the potential in you is better than those who discourage them. She is a 100% honest soul. Mosy thank you for being a trustworthy person and a wonderful 2016--KOO

ABDULMIMIM JIBRIN

A strong dynamic defiant lawmaker in the Nigerian House of Representatives doing what I do best: Snitching. He exposed all the corruption going on at the Nigerian National Assembly's House of Representatives. They then suspended him for bogus ethics reason. Our government is so programmed to stealing and corruption that honest ones get penalized.

He even states his life is in danger and tweets massively to his followers exposing very sensitive information and gains massive retweets on them. he appears on all TV shows these days with new bombshells and yet our Presidency is using a hands-off approach at these serious allegations against the Speaker Yakubu Dogara and all his fellow reps members. Jibrin should not cave in one bit.

Last month I tweeted that I had a crush on him and there was a blogging frenzy. This young man is just someone I am proud of  like a younger brother because of his extreme honesty--KOO

JOE WARMINGTON

My favourite Canadian newspaper Columnist at the Toronto Sun supported all my gun violence activism while I was in Canada. He still wants me back in Canada and tweeted earlier this year that since I left, 100 people have been slain including a newborn. Truth be told, Toronto's gun violence skyrocketed this 2016.

Joe Warmington's column also exposed us to some hidden truths about the Ontario health system (OHIP) thru the story of Mayor Hector MacMillan of Trent Hills, Ontario. A small town mayor had to travel to Germany to get pancreatic cancer surgery. The hashtag #PancreaticLivesMatter trended on social media. Warmington cares about society's ills and exposes them promptly.

I remember his article on the Blue Wall of Justice on the Eric Osawe case, the Nigerian man gunned down by a Toronto police officer who got special treatment. Warmington continues to be one of my fave people in society and I believe we will meet again. Thank u for the memories Joe. Twitter keeps us all together--KOO

BOBRISKY

Idris Okueye Olanrewaju Africa's male Barbie has captured the attention of millions on social media app Snapchat. He became a phenomenon most social media pros failed to see. Bashir Ahmad the fraudulent Presidential aide that quit the New Media panel as well as Subomi of Alder Consulting and others have a total lack of intelligence.

Ahmad is known to most of us in the media as the fraud that plagiarized President Buhari's Obama Change speech has still not been disciplined as the government promised us. After they all quit the panel, the event became more popular, Bobrisky was invited to London, UK for more speaking tours and the opportunities are endless. I released a statement supporting him during the social media bruhaha!

Global Journalist/PR Specialist/SocialMedia Personality Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo speaks out on the Alder Consulting/EIENigeria saga involving Snapchat personality Bobrisky

CHARLY BOY

I see parts of me in Charles Oputa. He lives a free alternative lifestyle which some Nigerians frown at because of our boring culture. Charly boy wears dresses, piercings and dreadlocked hair sometimes. Outspoken about the same issues I talk about but not attacked like I am attacked as a woman. He is a Journalist, Singer, Songwriter, Producer and many more titles on his resume. I love the radical look and outspokenness and met him on Instagram where some haters actually told him I was a nut. He said he just laughed! His female alter egos are amazing and his advocacy is impressive with activism speaking out about our failed government, repping the Okada riders in Nigeria and helping widows out. TOYIN AIMAKHU

I first met her at my cousin Darey Art Alade's love concert #LLAM2. Toyin did a lovely interview with me talking about her love Niyi Johnson, her now estranged husband. The love and dedication she expressed to me in that interview was phenomenal and she seemed absolutely loyal.

Though things have fizzled between her and Niyi, I got to learn more about her when I discovered blogs writing that I  was attacking her over Niyi only to discover that a fake Instagram account @KemiOlunloyo had been created in my name by an internet troll Tokunbo Aboderin who blackmails everybody. Sadly for her, she had no idea that I knew Toyin well. Toyin replied the post with the words "Dear Colleague" which led many to believe that Aboderin was once again sponsored by someone in Nollywood.

Toyin showed immense compassion to the late Mayowa Ahmed, a young lady who suffered from Ovarian cancer and trended in the news. Aimakhu visited her in the hospital kissing her, taking off her wig for her and showing great care. Her appeal to fans helped the Go Fund Me account gain more donations for the cause sadly before Mayowa passed away. Toyin is a sure compassionate humanitarian with talent in acting that appeals to all of us.--KOO

I met her at the comedy show thrown by Gbenga Adeyinka in 2014 and she sat next to me backstage. What you have now is amazing. Hating police is real globally. Korede's hit songs are breathtaking, he visited Ibadan and performed at the GloFest comedy event 2015 and had time to do selfies and a short interview with me.

Recently I got mad after the #MTVMAMA awards where he wore a jeans jumpsuit on the red carpet and Nigerians said he looked like a plumber. This set me off in a fiery mood and I tweeted that anyone that called his outfit a plumber will "DIE a shameful death." lolz--KOO

Congrats to them! Here they are!!  Not in any order. Every year I list names and tell a short story of 10 people that shaped my life in one way or another or just making a difference in society in MY EYES. I adore them, I like their spirit and even have a crush on some of them. Past favourites have been Femi Fani-Kayode, Denrele Edun, Karen Igho and others, This year, Nigerians took the list and shared it with a Canadian Journalist. Below I will tell their story. Didn't make the list? Maybe next year. These are #MadamKOO's FAVE people.

TOKE MAKINWA

Nigeria's top female Vlogger and radio personality has had me enjoying her content for the past year. It got sour when her husband was caught cheating and the marriage fizzled. I was sad for Makinwa and got glued to her vlog as she slowly revealed her plans for moving on.

I posted so much on social media advising her to leave now estranged husband Maje Ayida who got another girlfriend Anita Solomon pregnant in the U.K. Toke moved on with her life, which pleased me, then she shocked Nigeria by releasing a video asking young women to enjoy themselves while they were still young in their 20's by kissing strangers and having a one night stand, something that probably ruined her marriage.

I scolded Toke in a passionate sincere note and told her that she is our star and how much I loved her like a daughter I never had. I urged her to retract her video, something she hasn't done to date. She has her own individuality like anyone else and I left it at that. I very much admire her courage and being--KOO

Mediatakeout settles lawsuit with @KimKardashian on Paris Robbery #HNNShowbiz

Credits: Laurent Benhamou/AP
Mediatakeout  website's founder, Fred Mwangaguhunga has settled the lawsuit Kim Kardashian filed on him. he made a retraction and apology. I have known Fred for over 20 years now. Poor judgement. Many feuds with celebrities and this is a lesson for all.

"We sincerely apologize to Mrs. Kardashian West and her family for the false stories we published and regret suggesting that what happened to her in Paris was anything less than horrific."

The statement goes on to reveal that, "this matter has been resolved to satisfaction of all the parties."

"Kim Kardashian is not just a celebrity, she is a human being. She is a mother, she is a wife and she was a victim of a violent crime," said Mwangaguhunga. She definitely did not deserve it and she deserved to be believed."

Why Nigerian remain ILLITERATES calling @KoredeBello's #Mamas2016 outfit a Plumber's #HNNStyle

Media preview

So I cursed up anyone that bashed that outfit with DEATH! Nigerians it's called a Jeans Jumpsuit. My people are very illiterate. They don't have a concept of fashion or anything else. The same illiterates will convert First Lady Aisha Buhari's outfits into Nigerian money not having an idea that these US/UK bought fashions are moderately cheap abroad. he outfit in the picture of me and Korede will prolly be called a prison inmate's outfit too. Late Gavin Macfayden (TCIJ.org)
WikiLeaks director and founder of the Centre for Investigative Journalism Gavin MacFadyen has died at age 76. The cause of death is a longtime battle with lung cancer. He died on Saturday. So many online tributes have been posted including one from WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange.

“We are extremely sad to announce the death of Gavin MacFadyen, CIJ’s Founder, Director and its leading light,” the Centre for Investigative Journalism team wrote on its Twitter.

Gavin was a fighter and one of those I looked up to for good quality investigative journalism, something Nigerians hate and still alien to the enemies of truth. Rest in Peace Gavin--KOO

This story has been said over and over again. It was Kay Jeezy my teen son who by fate made it happen. He went to the toilet and on coming back he recognized Ms Sandy. Sandy Graham, Drake's mom was entering the restaurant where we were about to have dinner when KJ hurried to her to come meet his mom a music journalist and eat with us. Sandy obliged.

Drake on the other hand came in and couldn't find his mom. Then the waiters brought him over to us and voila, we all took pictures and he did an endorsement for KJ's old blog The Kid Reporter. KJ has been blogging since 6yo and his blog got accolades from Canadian media who all interviewed him while we were there 2007-2012.

Drake's uncle Steve passed away 2 years later. It was a difficult day for all of us. He cancelled his concert and rushed back to Toronto. Uncle Steve will forever be remembered. Hear his advice to my son on becoming big like Drake. I'm sure he's pretty happy about all Drake's success looking down from heaven.

How @Drake made it so BIG at 30 yo #Drake30 Happy Birthday Drizzy!

He focused on that work. In the next post, Ms Sandy told my son Kay Jeezy that you must have a funky mom who loves your music and his late uncle Steve also told my son it is "hard hard work.".

What else can I tell you about Drizzy? A big overall success. Many haters in Canada did not even think he would make it to 30 yo let alone this BIG at 30. Happy Birthday to a music giant with so many strides.

He won an MTV Africa Music award over the weekend and also made history for the most streams globally on Spotify for his track "One Dance." His album "Views" made a billion streams on Apple Music. Drake also picked up a Grammy last year, has the most nominations in next month's American Music awards and also snagged an award in last month's BET Hip-Hop awards. The sky is not even the limit--KOO

How I met Drake: In 2007 on the Beyonce line. Drake was an aspiring rapper and actor on the Canadian TV series DeGrassi. He was standing in line at the Molson Amphitheater concert hall for Beyonce's 2007 concert and fashion launch trip to Canada. He was in front of me and I yelled "Drake it's you the disabled kid from DeGrassi"

Next he found out I owned HipHossip, Canada's leading music blog which propelled my music journalism career. He would start sending me mixtapes for promotion. I promoted his music FREE on my website. He was worth it. I later interviewed Drake on many red carpets and he always had time to speak to me. MMVA's, Juno Press room and even his best friend P.Reign's community events. Then I met his family. See the NEXT POSTS for more--KOO

(Facebook.com/HNNAfrica)
Tila Tequilla is one of my favourite celebrities. Today we are all celebs one way or another. I am considered a media celebrity, Kim Kardashian a TV reality socialite celeb. Many titles on many public figures. Tila sings, acts, reality shows, name it!

I first met Tila at the 2009 Much Music Video award in Toronto, Canada where I interviewed her on the red carpet. She was the most popular person on MySpace and I was so glad to meet her in person.

Some of you remember me being the most popular Nigerian on MySpace when Andrew McCollum looked for me in 2003 to join Facebook as a beta tester. Her MTV show "A shot at Tila Tequilla' was a bisexual themed dating show was the highest rated show on MTV in 2007 when I was in Canada.

Tila is still waxing strong and one of my all time FAVE celebs. She's got a beautiful daughter Isabella born on my mom's birthday November 16th and guess what, she's endorsed Donald Trump *winks* Happy Birthday Tila, my fave Singaporean Texan!--KOO

Global Journalist Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo Pens Tribute to Bola Davies, late City People Magazine Deputy Editor

Nigerian International Journalist and Social Media personality Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo was called "a giant as far as social media is concerned" by City people magazine in 2015. Kemi who is covered a lot by this magazine and known to voice her opinions frankly on social issues has released this statement on the death of her beloved media colleague and family friend Bola Davies the Deputy Editor of Nigeria's first tabloid soft sell magazine City People. Davies was the longtime Ibadan/Oyo and Osun states Correspondent and was loved by many public figures and citizens in the states. She passed away 19th of October, 2016 after a brief illness. Below is Olunloyo's statement:

On June 11th 2016, my father Victor Omololu Olunloyo notified me that our journalist and family friend Bola Davies was diagnosed with breast cancer and was hospitalized. I was shocked and upset. I took to my Facebook page to ask my fans to deeply pray for her . While this was going on, I made efforts to see her but I could not get location information and I assumed that her family wanted privacy as she was in an undisclosed hospital. As a US trained health care professional in addition to being a journalist, I have been front, center and back in the war against breast cancer. This October Breast Cancer awareness month, I urge every Nigerian woman to pls get a mammogram and perform a self test on the 11th monthly. Bola did not die in vain. She was a fighter. She is now free and I am releasing this statement to tell Nigerians of my greatest moments with her. Bola was like a member of my family. She attended all our glamorous family events just to cover them for City People. She worked while she socialized with us. Most reporters could not do both at the same time. She always took Aso Ebis and blended perfectly with us on our occasions. My brothers wedding, my dad's 75th birthday and my late grandmother's 7 and 40 day Fidaus hosted by a President and 19 past governors as guests invited were the most special of her coverage. She knew the magnitude of these occasions and covered them gracefully in her final write ups complete with photos in City People magazine. This was why people flocked to the newsstands to grab copies: The Bola Davies Oyo column!! Bola and I met again at the Alaafin's palace on his 2012 birthday. Publisher Seye Kehinde was with us. While waiting for the king, we turned the moment into a big interview. My deportation from Canada and the real story of what happened. I gave the exclusives to City People. Till today, many don't even know why Canada kicked me out. It's not online as my high profile political deportation reason was never released by the Canadian government. Bola went straight to the point. She knew her selling point and how to get the strategic areas of the story. She was taught journalism well. Bola attended my grandma's Fidau. The photos were exclusive and tastefully done. That was a huge event for one reporter. She tackled it and delivered. I will attach the purple aso ebi photo to my press release. That was the last time I set eyes on her. December 2013. Finally there was one thing I just loved about Bola. She was always watching public figures for potential news. A good Journalist goes to the source not hearsay. 'Bola Bola poke noser" as I called her always called or texted me to "interrogate" me. I have turned down lunch and dinner, even business dates with some of my prominent single male friends who she calls "the big boys of Ibadan." Why? Because I tell them "Ahh, if Bola Davies sees us together dining there, she's gonna write about us O!" which will read "Is Mr X Kemi Olunloyo's mystery man?". It happened before and we both laughed it out. My father and I read City People religiously. I remember calling the vendor to always scan the Oyo Gist section to see if I'm there weekly. Though we purchase it weekly, if my name was spotted in the Bola Davies section, that meant multiple copies. Gosh, I love nosy reporters! I am one. There is nothing better than the media watching the media. I am the most written about media personality in Nigeria. Bola, from me to you, we may have lost you but remember you are now FREE. You are now looking down on me. Heaven has gained a new angel. Everybody at City People and Ibadan misses you. I know exactly what you are doing up there. You are looking down at me writing about me in "Heavenly People magazine." Don't worry, one day I will be there to get all my past copies. See you at the crossroads Bola! I love you baby sister! I wrote this because I don't want anyone to forget about you and your good work.
