This video shows an audio of the 911 call during the tragedy. Officers said two children were on an innertube being pulled by a pontoon boat when a Jet Ski ran over them.They said the driver of the Jet Ski was 38-year old Jeffrey Hubbard. Hubbard was a FAMILY FRIEND.

It was later confirmed the child in the accident was Usher Raymond's stepson. Usher said on his Facebook page that his stepson was declared brain dead after an accident over the weekend but Tameka has not spoken publically and above is her last Facebook posting since the accident. Officers said alcohol was not a factor. They have not filed charges, but they are still investigating.

UPDATE 7.54pm EDT Toronto: Tameka's son Little Kyle Glover who was declared brain dead is now trending on Twitter in the ATL area. People are using social media rapidly to spread this horrific news. His mother Tameka, I will say is one of the celebrities that solidly used twitter when it began. Tameka Foster Raymond, Soulja Boy and Diddy were the Kings and Queen of Twitter when I started tweeting in 2006, sadly many people are asking who this boy is, because we do have a lot of watercraft accidents in US and Canada and they don't trend like this. 


His mother was married to Usher, a worldwide music celebrity that even the kid could say he grew up in the house with. I lost my brother at 17. He was struck by a drunk driver while crossing the street on red for the driver. My brother was removed from life support and his organs were donated. 5.38pm EDT Toronto: Last time I checked, Tameka's son is still in very critical condition. Keep Praying pls even though this evil woman made my life hell in 2009. As some of u may not know, Usher's ex-wife has 5 sons and 3 are from Ryan Glover. Kyle, 11 who is KJ's age was hit by a Jet Ski yesterday in Atlanta's Lake Lanier. He suffered serious head injuries alongside another victim, a 15 y/o girl with him. The man on the jet ski has not been charged and was not drunk at the time. Police tell me it was simply an accident.

I'm told the boy cannot talk and close sources tell me he is in an induced coma. With the horrible custody case going on with Usher and Tameka for the youngest two--Usher's boys? Most of you know that it was adjourned in May 2012 to August 2012. Usher was called a drug addict and other "bad father" things by Tameka. He burst into tears in the courtroom. He was out of town yesterday and has only visitation with his kids as I'm told. Yesterday was not that weekend. TAMEKA was out of town too. When she heard, she was reported to have called him to come get the kids while Ryan took his other two. It was Usher that chartered a PRIVATE JET for this woman to rush her to Atlanta to the boy's side.  

When Tameka called my house in 2009 and left a message cursing me up because I wrote a post about her calling her "Usher's soon to be ex" she flared up and slammed me by calling my home in Toronto (My number is publicly listed) and even got her Publicist to shut down HipHossip.com for 2 weeks claiming copyright to a photo and costing me and advertisers thousands of dollars I had to return. It was the American Music awards week and award shows bring more revenue and I had no coverage. The picture was a Derek Blanks picture and it was Blanks lawyer, Juanita Vann that worked so hard to help me get my blog back up by writing GoDaddy day after day to appeal the DCMA filing she made, so I could get my domain back and end the nightmare. The photo was copyrighted to Blanks, a famed Atlanta based celebrity photographer. I was in tears when this happened as the wife of a celebrity filed a false copyright claim on my biz and they believed her for 14 days!

KJ made a video which addressed leaving that kind of message and having a child such as himself retrieve it. In that video my son who was 9 at the time said "Tameka, don't you have a kid my age? It's not nice to leave a curse word on our home phone number." Sadly my son is also 11 and the son he was referring to then must have been Kyle. I never posted that video online as it was for our fun BET hip-hop show "The Deal" which went on haitus. That skit was for one of the scripts that asked the craziest thing that ever happened to HipHossip and a "celebrity." I watched the video today and it hurt so bad.

Many celebrities, Halle Berry etc and Tameka need to wake up with this custody crap and beefs with the whole entertainment industry.  Life is SO short.  We don't own these children, God gave them to us!! I am praying for all 5 boys. They must be going thru a lot! I am also praying for Tameka cos Kyle and KJ are both 11 and I'm a mother at the end of the day.

Tameka's twitter followers on her twitter handle for Lost Ones Charity heard from her last on a strange tweet at 2.30am this morning ..while in the hospital maybe? This tweet was part of what I call her Horoscope tweets and she was tweeting for Capricorns. Only one person at the time sympathized with her son as the stories only flooded newswires today.  It read "it's challenging to organize your life this weekend"

Tameka loved her children and especially this one. Look at the tweet above. USHER IS FAR FROM A BAD FATHER!

The singer admitted to smoking weed in the past, but when the subject turned to his alleged ecstasy use, Usher’s lawyer objected! Excuse me, I am NOT a weed smoker, never tried a cigarette let alone weed, but doesn't everyone in this business smoke that or I should remind people that I am still a Pharmacist in the United States who dispensed Marinol to thousands for pain, cancer, AIDS and Glaucoma?

This violent bytch once crossed my path and I was not having it. I went straight to Toronto Police.  Slashing car tires, threatening bloggers etc. She called my home in Toronto because she did not like the term "soon to be ex" on my blog. She went all the way to GoDaddy, taking my music blog down for 14 days by filing a false copyright claim. 

This is a woman who once SHOT her own ex-boyfriend and served time for it.

Usher made a rare appearance in Atlanta on Monday. The Grammy award-winning singer wasn't on stage. He was in a Fulton County courtroom.

Usher Raymond IV and his ex-wife Tameka Foster-Taymond are battling over custody of their two kids. Tameka wants full custody. Usher wants increased visitation.

On the stand, Usher testified about his ex going through nanny after nanny and said he worries about who is caring for his kids.

Usher also testified Tameka has a violent history. On the stand he said she sent a threatening email to a friend of his [Grace Miguel] and later attacked her.

The couple married in 2007. Their marriage lasted less than two years.

Hip-hop artist Usher Raymond is locked in a legal battle with his ex-wife arising from a custody fight over their two sons.

The 33-year-old testified in court on Tuesday that Tameka Foster Raymond spit at and tried to fight his girlfriend during one visit. He alleged that his ex-wife hit him during the dispute, but that he didn't press charges because "I didn't want the boys to know that their father put their mother in jail."

Tameka Raymond's attorney claims that Usher provoked her client and that his account is exaggerated.

The two were married in 2007 and divorced two years later. Tameka Raymond has since fought for full custody of their two sons while Usher Raymond wants more visitation rights.

TAMEKA IS A COMPLETE NUISANCE. You remember what she did in 2009 to my blog and how I fought her ass even going to the Toronto Police. Calling bloggers and threatening people all day. TRASHEKA WANTS FULL CUSTODY OF USHER'S BABIES!

Usher has filed legal documents asking a judge to dismiss his ex-wife’s demand for full custody of their kids.The R&B star’s former partner Tameka Raymond filed paperwork in Georgia last month demanding a change to their current arrangements, in which the former couple share joint physical custody of their two children.

Raymond accused the singer of failing in his parental duties by allegedly neglecting to ask her permission before travelling with the kids outside the state and before hiring nannies. She asked for full custody and an increase in her child support payments.Usher has now responded to the filing and has lodged his own legal papers asking a judge to deny Raymond’s request, insisting her allegations are false, according to TMZ.com.The website reports a trial date has been set for Feb 27.

This moron Tameka is such a loser. She can't even take care of the brood she had before Usher's kids. 5-7 kids total and her gold digging ass wants full custody? The Superior Court in Fulton County, Georgia, issued a final decree Wednesday in the R&B singer's divorce case, legally ending his two-year marriage to Tameka Foster Raymond a woman that has made his life miserable for 2 years. Hope he gets custody and raises those boys well. Tameka is no longer the "soon to be ex", the phrase that has her attack my blog and call my HOME cursing me below. She is now officially the EX! She will be coming to Canada soon, mark my words and "she won't be going to the ex!"

GOD IS REALLY GOOD TO ME TAMEKA....

Thank you to everyone that had been reaching out to me with support via e-mail, FB and phone all day about how Tameka Foster has temporarily damaged my business. This area features all the stories that have been developing in the last 6 days...It will be a week tommorrow Tameka called my home and left that profanity laced voicemail. Regarding the copyrighted photo, the attorney for Derek Blanks Photography is handling that right now. The YouTube video they took down because of the photo is still playing on all blogs even though I have deleted it per YouTube. Technology glitches by the almighty. There is a GOD Tameka.....

Some of us bloggers and Journalist do this job for our love of news. Monthly magazines and 11pm news is still there but blogs get the info as it breaks due to all new technology. I am supposed to cover Jay-Z's concert tommorrow here in Toronto with N.E.R.D and Wale but will not be able to post yet as my readers cannot find me. I also have the Hip-Hop artist Halloween features where all Canadian music artists send me a pic in their Halloween costume along with the daily news of course.

Dare I ask whether you have reading comprehension problem? Do they offer literacy classes in Nigeria? Did you not just see me say type someone took the stating of Tameka's name on that recording directly from the audio of her recent appearance on Ryan Cameron show and meshed it with another voice and played it on your voicemail? Even a rudimentiary elementary school student would know that was a fake. What part of Tameka's never heard of you went over your head? Looking forward to the Toronto Police Dept. giving you the time of day for that awfully editing recording. And so typical for a blogger to not be able to handle these things maturely or professionaly but instead succumb to posting correspondence to their blog to try to generate hits. And on the record you're a psycho.

Usher has been slammed by estranged wife Tameka Foster, because she claims she only found out he was divorcing her when she read an article about it. Foster first heard he wanted to make their split official when news of their divorce appeared on the internet, which left the stylist hurt. "It was rumored [the divorce], so friends and family called, saying, 'Are you OK?' I didn't really understand why."

"But Usher and I weren't really speaking then. He was away recording, and I was angry at other things going on. He filed two days later." Tameka also revealed she still has feelings for the singer, telling People: "I still love him very much and I'm sure I always will. Do I want to be with him? I don't know."

AN OPEN LETTER TO TAMEKA: TAMEKA VS BLOGGERS PART 48--PROOF THAT TAMEKA FOSTER-SOON TO BE EX RAYMOND WANTS ME SILENCED ON THE BLOGOSPHERE.

Since Tameka Foster is now mad that she found out about Usher's divorce plans on the internet. She must take all measures to save that marriage now. It may be too late. I have never been married but if I were a soon to be Usher's wife, I would keep my shyt on the down low. In Africa, we have polygamy like my dad has more than one wife but my mom is #1. The ladies have their own crib, and the man takes care of each of them. Here in North America, you call that phenomenom "baby mama." My son KJ's big brother (lookalike..lol) Akon has 3 of them so does L'il Wayne.

Let's take Weezy's ladies. The other day I showed you the top baby mamas Sarah B and Toya. So classy and poised! Then there is Lauren London and Nivea the other polished two. (I hate to call them lower two) By "top" I actually meant that Sarah had Weezy's first son while Toya had the first daughter. Lauren and Nivea may well be the middle baby mamas, we don't know yet. There may be others in line. Go Weezy!

You know we bloggers have photo accounts with Getty, Wire Image, Mirror Image and more. First we purchase pictures all over the place and then there are stock photographers.

You DID NOT need to go harass WSHH. We are online partners as well as Dime Wars. Video portals supply videos to bloggers. Though they took down your wedding pictures with the pink stamp "IT'S OVER" and the fishy one (BTW, I have me a wrinkled stomach too after 3 kids and I'm 46 but damn, I look good and could do better than that in front of Derek Blanks) You could not resist the almost total 50,000 hits so you filed a copyright claim to YouTube to yank my video.

Well Tameka, I respect copyright and even though the wedding picture was fished from Natasha's YBF which I credited as "via YBF", they are truly Essence magazine's photos/your wedding photos. Well I'm sorry about that to Essence and you....BUT my audio of you calling my home to curse is going NOWHERE! You have made a fool of yourself and from what I hear from YouTubers, when a copyright claim is made, It usually has the name of the party as in the company. You just had to have your name on there didn't you? Couldn't your people call me? Below is an example of her attacks on Atlanta blogger Sandra Rose on Twitter. With this human tick, you need screen shots all the time.

You may wanna tell YouTube that I have deleted the video and it's still playing on blogs, so GOD is not letting technology work. The screen shots are what I'm getting on my end. Tameka, there is a GOD. Go concentrate on your kids and leave Usher alone. I'm not even buying some suggestions that Usher's people called this house to sell records as some commenter's wrote on YouTube.

The dynamic Zaytoven who produced "Papers" did a good job but Usher said it wasn't about you. Girl, get a Prozac! I'm a 25-year Pharmacist during the day! Music is just my love and hobby. You be the JUDGE and JURY. I am not at all interested in shopping her voice. She is a Stylist and it will be hard to get new clients with such behaviour like this. In her interview with Ryan Cameron, she specifically said that she does not discuss former clients while asked about Usher. I truly believe she owes me an apology.
